Breathtaking gulf access waterfront property located in SW Cape Coral, only 12 Minutes by boat to Matlacha Pass, boaters and fishermen's dream, amazing sunsets from the over sized lanai and extra large under truss pool area, electric heated swimming pool and spa combo, 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths, one of the bathrooms being utilized as a pool bath, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, large marble slab in kitchen serves as a great and comfortable eat in kitchen area, the property features a split floorplan, cathedral ceilings, 90-degree sliders that pocked for lots of natural light and air as well as amazing views of the lanai, pool and gulf access canal/lake.

“Keep on dreaming”

We had a pleasant stay in our rented house 'Morning Dream'. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was fun to cook while others were sitting at the bar. We had a great time. The beaches were only 30min drive away and the stores were closeby. We discovered a park closeby where our son played basketbal several times. We had a great time and loved the house.

“Beautiful Home with convenient location”

The house is more beautiful in person. The furniture is sturdy and very upscale. The kitchen is perfect if you are not planning on cooking meals. It lacked basic utensils like a pizza cutter, a sharp chefs knife, serving utensils, and serving/mixing bowls. The house is spotless. The company that rents the house meets you the second day of the rental. They are very particular about the use of the house and cleaning up prior to leaving. For instance, if you don't clean the outdoor grill you are charged $35 for a cleaning fee. You also have to take a picture of the electric meter on check in. If you go over then you are charged. Basically, they nickel and dime you for anything that they can. Make sure to read the contract really well before signing. They charge your account without asking permission for miscellaneous costs once they have your credit card on file. Overall the house was perfect for our vacation but we have worked with 8 other home rentals and did not have this micromanagement of our rental. I think they take pride in their property but it made me feel on edge that we found a new charge on our account twice during our vacation without prior authorization which left us feeling like we were taken advantage of. It just took away some of the joy of the vacation.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your recent stay. We appreciate your feedback. I personally met you at check in. In reg. to the BBQ we ask you to return it the way you find it (hence the cleaning), however we have many clients they rather would not do so and we offer for a separate charge to have cleaners take care of it. We inc. a $amount in the rental overage is calc. at a rate to keep it fair. We charged the account due to add. guests that were not included in the orig. booking, pls. refer to contract. Thanks
