Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood of well maintained homes, the Heron House. is within four (long) blocks of Publix Supermarket, Target department store, and scores of local and chain eateries.

Boat rentals are easily arranged or trailer your own boat to a nearby public boat ramp (with room to park your boat trailer on the property under the rubber tree). Enjoy some of the best boating, including sailing, in the world.

Excellent fishing - right from your own dock! Boat lift and dock. Within an hour (one 8-foot bridge) of Gulf. Located on the wide Mast Canal - head south on the San Carlos Canal/Bimini Canal to the Caloosahatchee River near Pine and Sanibel Islands.

Ceiling fans throughout the home including on the lanai, make comfortable living 'a breeze'. Wireless, high-speed cable internet access with wireless printer on the network.

Use the bikes on the flat, level roads in the extended neighborhood streets all with very little traffic. Bike lanes and bike paths abound in Cape Coral.
