This home is truly lovely. One step inside, and the colors invite you into literally a tropical paradise. Imagine yourself having morning coffee in the breakfast nook with the sunshine streaming in or a relaxing beverage by the pool or the canal at sunset. The house is set so you can see both. Stroll down the beautiful tree-lined street to either get coffee and/or donuts, bagels, or a great hot breakfast with outstanding Cuban coffee. Whether you're vacationing as a couple or couples, a group of women, or have an entire family, this is the place to go. With the split layout, everyone has privacy and plenty of bathing facilities. There are so many fun things to do nearby, like going to the beach, a restaurant, or taking in a museum. Relaxing in the pool under the full moon and starlit sky and dinners on the lanai are my most enjoyable memories. We can't wait to go back. Do yourself a favor--make this your next vacation home!

This bright sunny home was the perfect place for our family vacation. Beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds. We loved the doors that completely opened the walls from the family room and the living room out to the lanai. We felt like we were part of the outdoors all the time. The kids fished off the dock and we ate on the lanai watching the sunset every night. The owners have really thought of everything with a well equipped kitchen and lots of beach towels and linens. The location is private yet close to stores, restaurants and beaches. This lovely home completely exceeded our expectations!!

A truly amazing property cannot say enough good things about this home! The cleanliness was impeccable, the layout and decor spot on. The screened in pool, lanai with disappearing sliding glass doors connects the living room and large family room to the lanai make for a huge area for our group to spread out in . We spent hours fishing off the dock and swimming in the heated pool. A nice touch was being able to sit on the lanai and watch the football game through the lanai door on the 60 inch tv in the living room. The landscaping was spectacular, we really felt like we were in a tropical paradise. My wife loved the big master bedroom with walk in shower stall and our guests loved the privacy of their rooms on the opposite side of the house. We highly recommend this home and will be back ourselves!

This is a brand new rental. It is a lovely, spacious home. We loved the pool! Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast room with a view of the water. It is a quiet neighborhood but convenient to everything. Don't miss having breakfast at the cute little Cuban restaurant, which within walking distance. Book this one before it fills up!

My sisters and I love vacationing together and it's always hard to find a place that's big enough for all of us and within our budget. So glad we found this place. They kids enjoyed the heated pool and the beach being so close. We also loved that all of the stores were within 5 min of driving time. The house was clean and sufficient. Sue was super nice and made renting the home a breeze. I would definitely rent again if we go back to cape coral.

If you need a place to rent that has plenty of everything--this is it--because of its exposure, you get both sunrises and sunsets. Once you walk in the door, you know you are truly on vacation. The owners made sure that everything you need to have a relaxed vacation is there. Plenty of privacy and room to moved around. There are plenty of fun restaurants in the area, but the kitchen is large and accommodating if you want to stay in. My family can't wait to get back to home. Loved it!

This vacation home was everything you can ask for to enjoy Florida. Beautiful landscaping, lovely pool and a warm and cozy atmosphere. The layout of the home is perfect for all and plenty of room for everyone to find their perfect spot to relax. At the end of a canal so therefore the view is spectacular. A 5 star for sure!

This house exceeded our expectations. The layout was great with rooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy. The pool was warm and refreshing. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all of the different spaces in the house to hang out, watch TV, etc. The breakfast nook was the best way to start out each day. There was plenty of room for our toddler to run around. I truly think this house is great for anyone looking to have fun in Florida. We will definitely be staying here again!

Six lovely ladies, ages 50 to 80, definitely felt like we "got away" in this beautiful, spacious Cape Coral home. Spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai, floating in the pool, listening to the song birds sing and watching fish jump in the canal. We took short day trips to Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Cartiva and Pine Island and looked forward to returning to this beautiful home! All amenities at our fingertips. Definitely booking for a return visit in 2016!

Spent a week in Cape Coral at this lovely home! The six of us felt very comfortable with the layout of the space. One of our favorite things about our stay was the pool/patio. We gathered there every morning and evening to swim, catch some rays and talk. The setting was private and peaceful. During the day we would set out and enjoy the many things Florida offers. We visited neighboring towns, beaches and restaurants, all in close proximity. We are planning to return next year!!

Very spacious pool home for a family with 3 kids to enjoy! They loved just hanging out in the pool and on the dock fishing or watching the fish jump around. We took a daily trip to Sanibel Island then came back in the afternoon/evening for a swim. This home is close proximity to anything you need. We loved relaxing in the breakfast nook looking out to the canal. The owner provided all the information needed and answered any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

This home was exactly what we needed and the location was fabulous. We were in the area for a baseball tournament for our boys and had 3 teenage boys and 2-4 adults depending on what part of the week the parents were available. The pool was a perfect way for the boys to cool off and expend energy, they loved the dock for fishing and had a great time exploring the neighborhood on the bikes. We adults appreciated the well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and large bedrooms, and spacious living areas for relaxing after a long, hot day of cheering on our boys. The owner was so helpful before, during and after the trip, very accessible. There was a binder providing all the info about the rental, I did call her with a few questions during our stay and she was prompt, helpful and very pleasant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart were all close and easily accessible. We enjoyed trips to Ft. Meyers beach, Sun Splash water park and all the various ball fields were less than 20 mins, which was huge! We would definitely return and recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area.

After spending a week in Orlando, our extended Swedish family of 12 (ranging from 8-72 years old) arrived at this great house with a absolutely perfect location. We had no problem staying so many in this house, were everyone could hang out together or just watch TV or play cards. The view over the canal from the dock is something you want to put in your pocket and bring home. It was also real easy to find coffee places, restaurants and grocery stores close to the house on Del Prado Blvd which runs just a couple of blocks from the house. We went to both Sanibel and Captiva Islands for day trips that only took us between 30-45 minutes driving time. When staying in this area, these islands are a MUST. There were some people in our party that wanted to go shopping and they had no problem spending long hours at malls and outlets in Ft Myers, 15-20 minutes away. We loved this place and would absolutely recommend it to our friends. We will be back.

Very spacious and nicely located home. The view is more breathtaking than you can imagine, (dolphins spotted in the morning). Home is very very spacious and nicely decorated which makes you feel instantly at home. Everything you need is available. Easy to dock your boat and getting to the river and Gulf via the canals. Neighborhood is very quiet, neat and clean. Excellent location to explore SWFL and beyond. Property manager is very easy to work with and provides excellent service!

Spent the first part of my vacation with a close friend, second part with my husband. This home is open and spacious and has options for curling up alone with a good book or gathering together as a group on the lanai. The landscaping is outstanding. One of my favorite "activities" was floating in the pool and watching the palm trees sway in the wind. Obviously, I was totally able to relax. Loved it!!

We couldn't of been more pleased with this rental, it had everything we had hope for and then some! The house is VERY spacious and looks exactly as the pics. We had a special request of warming the pool up a bit prior to our arrival since we had a baby and some older folks - and everything was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Since the house comes with a boat dock, we rented a boat for the entire week and found it quite easy to navigate thru the canals to open water. Our stay couldn't of been better and the whole gang (8 adults and I'm sure the baby if she could talk) agreed it was the best vacation ever! We totally recommend this rental for any family or older group looking for some relaxation and fun in the sun. It is perfectly located for adventures on water or on land, and its a GREAT value! Looking forward to returning next year.

This rental was the perfect size for us (6 adults and 3 kids). The dock looking down the canal was awesome. The pool was fantastic to start with then you have the sun filled canal to sit on that we all enjoyed very much. The kitchen was well equipped, 3 full bathrooms and lots of linens to use and the other amenities were great too. The community itself is very nice and we also enjoyed the local beach at the cape coral yacht club. The owners were amazing to deal with and anything that came up was resolved very fast. We'll definitely be vacationing here again.
