Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental
This modern house has 3 bedrooms - Master bedroom with King size bed, cable TV, Jacuzzi tub and plenty of closet space, direct access to pool, 2-bedroom with Queen size bed, 3-bedroom with Queen size beds Dining room is connected with one living room, second living/family room is with Cable TV. Central located kitchen is fully equipped. The house is furnished and equipped with double linens, towels, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The pool is thermostat-controlled-electric heater and equipped with pool-blanket (to keep water warm) under Lanai (screen). The house is located very central but also in a very quiet area. Only minutes away to shopping and restaurants. The dream beaches of Sanibal and Captiva Island are only 15-20 minutes away by car. To Fort Myers beach drive only 15 minutes.
The grill is there for your use. For a rented motor boat, you have a dock and lift. The salt water canal is leading you to Caloosahatche river and the Gulf. Internet service is there for your use. Please no smoking in the house and no pets of any kind are allowed.

Nice Home But Lots Wrong With Rental Agent

I waited until the damage deposit check cleared the banking system before responding just because I didn't trust the obnoxious rental agent. Here are just a few of the problems I had with this rental: The home had not been occupied for at least 6 months. It was not clean when we arrived. The water in the pool was at 65 degrees and I had to use my electricity allowance to get it up to a usable temperature. The water was not drinkable and we bought bottled water and ice the whole time we were there. The rental agent thought it was something she did not need to share with us. The dishwasher broke the day we got there and it took a week to have it replaced. Then the new one leaked and needed a new drain hose which was installed the overworked, underskilled handyman. The rental agent gave us $100 credit for this (I had to ask; it wasn't offered) but deducted $50 claiming we had clogged up the hose). The freezer hadn't been defrosted since the house was built and had hoarfrost all over it . All in all, nice home but everything else stunk.

Wonderful Cape Coral Vacation Rental

We rented this vacation property for 2 mths Jan & Feb 2012 The open airy floor plan, heated pool, centralized location, friendly neigbors yet quiet neighborhood, were all great. We could simply choose to swim, have a cook out w/ friends, sightsee locally, or take day trips. The grocery stores, restaurants, and various cultural events were all close by. One of the thing we appreciated the most was the professionalism and helpfulness of the property managers/owners. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were always there for us. Our vacation was wonderful and iif all goes well we plan to return in the near future.. That in and of itself says a lot. It is a terrific vacation rental that we wel highly recommend .
