This brand new custom home features a great room with entertainment center, large flat screen TV, wide open kitchen with granite counters, formal dining room, and breakfast nook. Bright wide open spaces!
The large master suite has access to the pool deck, flat screen TV, and two large walk-in closets. Adjoining the master suite is the luxury master bath with dual vanities, centered garden tub, and walk-around shower.
Split from the master suite on the other side of the home are two over-sized bedrooms, sharing a large bath with over-sized walk-in shower and pool access. The two bedrooms offer large walk-in closets and TVs. One of the bedrooms also has access to the pool deck.

The home was beautiful exactly as described. The house was very clean. The beds were OK but a little soft for our liking. The kitchen was well equipped except it had no serving bowls or platters. There were 3 bicycles in the garage but they were regular 10 speed bikes it would be nice to have a couple of adult cruiser bikes with the wide tires. The pool & spa tub were great except for the fact that you had to constantly go outside and switch the line to use the spa. The barbecue and lounging chairs were really nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. The Satellite TV is old and needs updating. Never got to meet anyone from SeaStar - they couldn't make the checkout appointment, so we left when the cleaning service arrived- and a week has gone by and we still don't know if there is any extra charge for electricity? All in all it is a very nice vacation rental home and we really enjoyed staying there for the week we had it.

It was a very nice house keeping high standards. A great location making us see wild dolphins one day in the canal. If there is one thing to complain about it would be the noise from the ac unit and pool unit on the wall by the two smaller bedrooms. Was at times disturbing during night time.
