Overall this is a beautiful vacation home in a great setting. The furnishings are nice and the pool and lanai area are great. A little out of the way from the hustle and bustle but overall everything from shopping, restaurants and beaches were within a reasonable driving distance for our needs. We do think that the home was turned over in a bit of a rush from the last guests because overall the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. The home was not filthy by any means but more day to day dirty. We had to go hunting for towels to finally find some in the dryer. The home could definitely use towels and linens replaced and for the size of the home more beach/pool towels are definitely needed. Also note that nothing is supplied with the home (no toilet tissue, paper towel, garbage bags). The previous guests left the dishwasher broken and did not report this to the Property Managers. Overall the home was lovely and the little inconveniences would not stop me from staying here again.

This house was GREAT!! It was clean and stocked with the essentials. The beds were comfortable accept for 1 but it worked. The location was great, close to Cape Harbor and about 20-25 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach. Pool was a nice size and the heater worked great. Hot tub is a good size. The grocery store is real close too. Wonderful trip!!!

We recently rented this home fir a one week stay and absolutly loved it. The house was beautiful and very spacious. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and meet our expectations easily. The appliances were up to date and top of line. The pool and lenai area where we spent most of our time was wonderful and very comfortable with plenty of seating. We were right on the canal and in a quiet neighborhood. We wanted peace and relaxation and thats exactly what we got. We will definetly be back and would reccommend the home to anyone. It was perfect.
