Area Information
Southwest Florida
Cape Coral
The waterfront lifestyle of Cape Coral came to life in the late 1950s, when the Rosen brothers developed the area and created communities with hundreds of miles of canals, making the "Cape" as it is referred to by the locals a true waterfront paradise.

Cape Coral offers a variety of dining options and shopping opportunities. You will find most of them along Del Prado Blvd., Pine Island Road, and Cape Coral Pkwy.

Some of Cape Coral's kid-friendly attractions include Sunsplash Family Waterpark, Mike Greenwell's Family Fun Park, and the Eagle Skate Park. The nature lovers will enjoy the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.

Fort Myers
Fort Myers is also known as the "City of Palms" and offers a broad spectrum of attractions, whether ecological, cultural, or historical, the city has something for everyone. Many of the area's best shopping can be found here, from high-end outlet centers, boutiques, and outdoor malls, to antique stores, and flea markets. Some of Southwest Florida's most beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed at many of the restaurants and nightlife entertainment venues.

Some of the most popular attractions include the Henry Ford and Thomas Edison Winter Homes, Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, as well as the popular Imaginarium Childrens Museum.

Fort Myers Beach
Estero Island along with Fort Myers Beach have captured the imagination of visitors from all over the world. The beaches draw thousands of visitors from countries like Germany, United Kingdom, and France every year. The island is truly a recreational playground offering activities such as boating, jetskiing, fishing, and more. The island has many family friendly resorts, vintage cottages with that well-known Old Florida charm. The local restaurants serve fresh seafood, straight out of the Gulf of Mexico. You do not want to miss Fort Myers Beach on your visit to Southwest Florida.

Sanibel & Captiva Island
The two barrier islands are world famous for the incredible variety of shells along their shores. The islands are famous for their natural ungroomed beaches, great restaurants, small museums and abundant native flora and fauna. When visiting the island set some time aside to visit some of the great attractions, such as the J.N. "Ding" Darlin National Wildlife Refuge, The Schoolhouse Theater, or one of the beautiful beaches, such as Bowman's Beach, Captiva Beach, Blind Pass Beach or one of the other great beaches.

Amazing and Comfortable Home

April 3, 2016

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything is top-notch and the home was well equipped to make for a comfortable stay. We spent our days traveling to various beaches in the area and loved returning back to this home at the end of the day to relax, make some dinner for ourselves in the gourmet kitchen and unwind by the pool. Loved the expansive screened lanai across the entire rear of the home. Enjoyed the washer and dryer -- liked being able to wash the beach sand from our towels and swimsuits. It was also nice to return home after our vacation without having piles of laundry to do! The rental home has all tile floors throughout which makes cleaning easy. The bathrooms were stocked with abundant fluffy towels. I think the electric allowance is not adequate for a week's stay but based on the reasonable daily rental rate, I had pre-planned that I would be spending extra $$'s on the electricity anyways. There is a binder at the home with plenty of important information in it -- a must read to avoid many potential extra charges that you may incur. The binder also has lots of area information included in it. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend a stay in this rental home to others.

We spent 14 wonderfull days in the house. It is a beautiful house, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation, and everything was clean ond nice. We spent most of the time outside, the vieu of the kanal and the sunrise in the morning is worth waking up for, the pool and the hot top was the best, the sun was at the pool area from 8 morning until 6 in the evening. We visited Key West, Captiva, Sanibal and Pine Island, and all was nice, especially Pine Island with all the galleries and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was close ex.
