Nice home. A few problems.

The home was nice and clean. Problems: 1. Batteries dead for the front door lock, and could not initially get in. 2. garage door opener failed and had to manually open to get out until repaired. 3. Sink faucet did not work right, three trips to fix at our inconvenience. 4.No heat in the house and the weather was cold. Repairman had to rewire the furnace.5. No instructions for the hot tub. 6. No DVD player as advertized and we did get this upon request. This is the 5th home we have rented for a month in the winter in Fl. We rented this house Feb. 9 thru Mar. 10th which is 30 days I called and talked to Michelle a few times with questions, and confirmed the dates. Mar. 8th we were told by management that we had to be out on the 10th not the 11th. Then on Mar. 9th were told that we had to be out in two hours! This TOTALLY ruined our outings we had planned for the last two days we had left, and had to redo our return hotel reservations. We were loading up our coolers with food and packing our van when we received a call that told us there was a mistake and we could stay for one more day but had to be out on the 10th. Once again our hotels had to be redone. We paid for 30 days and only got 29 by our calculations.We tried to reason with management but were told it didn't matter, that the new renters had priority over us. I don't think that is legally right since we paid for a full 30 days. Management responded quickly to fixing the door lock, the garage door opener, the washing machine, the furnace, the kitchen faucet, and filter for the refrig. However, we felt we were short changed and treated rudely the last few days there. That left us on a bad note and a less than satisfied experience.
