We stayed at this property in March 2016. Everything was wonderful!!! The house was very clean and the neighbourhood was very central. The house was equipped with everything that we needed. Pool was fantastic!! Can't wait for our next vacation.

LOVED staying at Villa Tuscany. It is a beautiful house. I would suggest having the screen door exchanged for a much more sturdy door with an interior lock, so that when the guests are at the Villa...they can lock the door. It would still be possible to let the pool cleaning staff in as needed, while keeping the Villa safe and secure at the same time.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful villa! If you're looking to just hang out and reconnect with your family this is DEFINITELY the place to do just that. The villa was gorgeous, so much room, and the pool was the perfect size for our family. Peter, the property manager, was EXTREMELY helpful to us when we couldn't figure out all the valves and whatnot to work the heater for the hot tub. He took time out of his Easter Sunday to come over and give my husband another lesson. Great guy! The other great thing about this villa is the location. We took several walks in the area and were pleased to find a nature preserve just a short distance away. The elevated path through the mangroves is a must see and perhaps you will be lucky enough to encounter a VERY friendly racoon on the hunt for lizards and crabs! In addition to this place being close to the preserve it is also very close to any number of beaches on the gulf. We chose Captiva Island based on a recommendation from a local and were amazed at the beauty of the blue water. It was a lovely day for our family. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. This was the first time we had ever gone on a vacation of this type and I cannot wait to do it again!
