The pictures of the house on their website does not do justice to the actual house. The place is beautiful. Plenty of utensils, silverware, dishes etc. The absolutely beautiful pool and hot tub was used daily for four retired people. Julie was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Attractions around Cape Coral was a bit of a drive but well worth it. Restaurants in the area are busy but you can call in advance to reserve your spot in line.
I love the Villa. Location is perfect. Beautifully decorated rooms. Spacious kitchen, loved the island cooking space. We had great fun in the pool, Emma and Wyatt spent all day in it. Caught a stingray of the dock. Made great memories.
Owner's reply: Thank you. Glad you enjoyed your time at Villa Oasis.
“Warm Weather & Heated Pool”
My wife and I along with sister & brother-in-law spent a very enjoyable two weeks at this home in Cape Coral, FL. The home was just right for our time away from Midwest cold weather. The kitchen allowed for easy meal prep. The heated pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The master bedroom was huge and the 2nd bedroom was nice sized. Bathrooms & showers were very pleasant. The manager, Julie, was easy to get a hold of when we needed a battery replaced in the fire alarm. I had two minor criticisms of the property - the kitchen knives needed sharpening and it would have been nice to have a thermal carafe for the coffee on lazy mornings at poolside. Otherwise, this was a terrific rental with easy access to downtown Cape Coral and the Saturday farmers market featuring fresh produce. We are considering a longer rental for next January.
Owner's reply: Thank you! Look forward to your next visit.

Just spent a week at this property. It is everything the pictures show it to be. It was very easy to rent, and the property manager was very accommodating. Certainly hope it's available next time we plan to visit Cape Coral.

Home Away From Home
Date of Stay August 1, 2013
My stay at this house was only for a short weekend but I will be back, for sure. The house was clean, in great condition, had plenty of room for 3 kids and 3 adults and to top things off, the outside area was fantastic. The pool and view was by far my favorite!!! I would recommend and will definitely be back.

Thanks for introducing us to your beautiful home. We were very impressed with the house and its location and really enjoyed our too short of stay. This was a last minute vacation decision and not being familiar with the Cape Coral area or its accommodations, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed the minute we drove up. Your home made us feel at home. Upon entering and seeing the décor, furnishings and the large infinity pool & spa overlooking large intersecting canals, enhanced our experience even more. The home is conveniently located near beaches, marinas and major shopping malls. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us and a special thanks to your agent Julie. She was extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. See you next year.

What a great home & location. The photos on the Webb were great but did not compare to the actual house & its amenities themselves. Having 3 pre-teen kids, a big plus was the fact that the large master bedroom and bath is totally separated and located on the other side of the house from the kids bedrooms. One major concern we had prior to arriving was being able to find things to do that the whole family would enjoy. That concern was soon eliminated. We found the location ideal to sight seeing on Sanibel & Captive Islands, beaches, water parks, restaurants, marinas and major shopping malls. When it was time to relax, the views at sunset from the covered lanai and infinity edge pool overlooking the large intersecting canals were spectacular. Another big plus for our family was the outside Jennair Grill, Refrigerator and wet bar located pool side on the lanai. A must visit is RumRunners Restaurant located directly on the water 3 miles from the house in Cape Harbor Marina. Cape Harbor features restaurants, entertainment and shopping all in one complex.
