Villa Lista is located in the prestigious SW Cape Coral area, near Cape Harbor's fine restaurants and petite shops. This beautifully crafted four-bedroom villa is a rare combination of contemporary interior design and beautifully, Tuscany-inspired design elements. Besides the high-ceiling great room you will also find a formal dining room. The pool deck is expansive, comfortable and offers both plenty of well-deserved sun as well as well-needed shade. The pool and hot tub are heat-pump heated. The unbelievable boat dock with its Tiki hut and ample dockage top off this incredible Villa.

Cape Coral, also known as the Venice of Florida, has thousands of canals which you can explore on one of the many sunny days by boat. For golfers there are in and around Cape Coral several golf courses: Cape Coral Golf & Tennis Resort, Coral Oaks, Moor Loch Country Club, Royal tea, Palmetto - Pine Country Club, El Rio Golf Club and Cape Coral Executive Golf Club, just to name a few. Fort Myers is world famous as a winter training camp for the Boston Redsox and the Minnesota Twins baseball teams. Waterfront Dining, Sun Splash Waterpark, the Shell Museum, the Imaginarium (kids hands-on museum), rollerskating, ice skating & bowling arenas and the Edison-Ford Museum round out the experience of Cape Coral and Fort Myers. There is an extra large lanai, providing ample room for sunbathing, swimming and dining. Enjoy al fresco meals in the dining area with breathtaking views over the lake with south/western exposure. A boat dock and a boat lift are provided for your personal use, should you wish to rent a boat and explore the 1000's of canals in Cape Coral or the Gulf of Mexico. Orlando with Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, incl. the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter (!!), is just a short 3.5 hrs drive away. Diving in Key Largo is about 3 hrs by car, Miami with South Beach and the Art Deco District just about 2 hours by car. And the Naples Zoo is just about 45 min away. “Relaxing View”

Reviewed 20 Mar 2017

We stayed at Villa Lista for one week. We were 5 adults and two teens. The house has a great layout. We easily had our own space, and enjoyed the common areas. Great seating by the pool. Beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped. Great TV's with netflix, as well as Wifi. The also had a printer which was great as I needed to print boarding passes. Over all we loved it and would book this house again. There are a few things that could have been better. The beds were not the best. They had plastic type mattress protectors that made crinkling noises. Higher quality protectors would have been better. They also need better and more pillows. As well, maybe higher end sheets. Also, the pool's spa never worked correctly, even though the pool company sent a service man twice, we could never get it to it's top temperature (which would have been nice as the weather did get cool in the evenings). The pool's temperature was great though. The garbage container needed a serious cleaning. It was rank when we arrived and only go worse, despite garbage collection emptying it. I also thought it was a bit much to ask us to start the laundry of towels and sheets upon our departure. Again, we really loved the house, but it was at the higher end of rental rates, so that is why I feel some of these pickier things could be attended to.
