The house was perfect for us. we were two couples and had a floor for each couple. we only used the kitchen and deck on the first floor. No propane was my biggest beef. Had to go change the tank the first day and had no idea where, thought that was a bit much, no soap for the first shower. we did not arrive till two in the morning so had no chance to pick up grocery, thought a container with a bit of coffee would have been nice to have on hand. there was sugar and some spices but no whitener. Not that it was required but thought it would have been a nice guesture. Otherwise the house was clean with lots of towels and sheets for our use. Had to make several phone calls to find out where to get the propane but we did get it and enjoyed the bbq every day. Of course the next people won't have to get any and we did leave some coffee there as well. Hope they did not throw it away.Overall it was a great experince. thought it was a bit much that we had to pay extra for the light bill. You would think at that price it would be included in your rent. This is the first time we had to do that. the lift on the boat dock was not working so we had to leave our rented boat at the rental shop and drive there every day. That was not appreciated but either of us. Would not rent there again because of the boat dock and the propane. If you are not using any of this than the house would be perfect for two families. Very nice swimming pool and a very quiet area, very secluded.
