The Stables is a unique, contemporary property on 10 acres of private grounds near
Ballymahon, Co Longford, just over an hour's drive from Dublin.

Set in the heart of a secluded forest on the historic Newcastle Estate Demesne, this
luxury villa, designed by award-winning architects, is ideal for family get-togethers,
Christmas or summer breaks.

The villa is divided into two four-bedroom properties that can be hired together or
separately and would suit three to four families on holiday together.

Both the modernist section, Gold House and the rustic stable block, the Stables,
(due to open in summer '09) sleep up to 10 people each and are each self-contained
with their own fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.

The property is suited to all vacation needs and can be rented on a self-catering basis
or serviced, using one of our packages.

Completely private, the house is surrounded by 28km of lovely marked woodland trails
through the forest, inhabited by fallow deer, rabbits, mink and other fauna. Close to the
house is the site of Oliver Goldsmith's birthplace, the famous 18th century poet who
penned The Vicar Of Wakefield in 1776.
