Large House with three separate Suites A, B, C. Rent ALL for Large Groups of 15. Have personal privacy and great interaction in Large Decks, Ouside Kitchen (plus inside private kitchen) Sun-bathing Roof. GREAT Location, 6 miles to Beach, 4 miles to Historic. Stay where the Locals Live.

We are a new listing. as of March 2, 2015. We are trying this site out.

Be one of the first group of persons to book and we will have a special treat upon your arrival. (discount gas card, gourmet cheese basket, tell us what you like etc.)

The rate here is for 15 persons. We cater to 10 or more but will rent for 2, 4, 7

Add 12.5% tax and Pay pal processing of 3% plus invoice.

We negotiate so tell us your budget and we will see how we can make your stay possible.

James Island is adjacent to downtown Historic Charleston. James Island is a part of Charleston County. Great Location with easy access to other areas via I-30 connector. Six miles to Folly Beach, and 4 miles to downtown historic Charleston District.
