This open and airy, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home offers plenty of living space, inside and out, with it's soaring ceilings, open floor plan, large deck and private backyard. Centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood of high-end homes, this rental includes use of the association pool and tennis court. The first floor features a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, breakfast bar, dining area, oversized living room, comfortable den and a first floor master bedroom with king bed, fireplace and whirlpool tub. The second floor features two additional twin bedrooms, both en suite, as well as an additional sitting area with TV. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor as well and accessed via a private stairway. This spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom. The dining and living area opens to an expansive deck with lovely furnishings and stairs to the private backyard with hot tub, outside shower and grilling patio. Amenities include central AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable TV and large garage. This property has a $75 administration fee, $75 accidental damage protection fee and $300 cleaning fee.
