This recently renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage received the Chatham Preservation Award in 2010. The home boasts gleaming hardwood floors, an updated kitchen and two separate living areas. There is a sunken master king bedroom as well as three additional bedrooms on the main level, one queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and the last with a bunk bed (upper twin, lower full). Relax on the furnished, covered porch out front or enjoy barbecuing on the side deck with outdoor dining and a private, grassy side yard. Amenities include central AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV (includes sports and weather), Wi-Fi, and an enclosed outside shower.
