Beautiful House - Perfect location
September 15, 2015
Myself and 9 others rented Halina's house over labor day weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The patio outside and the pond are added bonuses. Halina was responsive, kind and the price she charged us was extremely fair. All in all an amazing long weekdend!!

Took all the family to the Cape for a Family Thanksgiving. Eight of us stayed in the house and a baby, We had a super time and the house was perfect for us. Great location. We had rain, snow and wind and sun. Owner was very easy to communicate with.
Great scenic stay. Some pros and cons.

The scenery from the back decks was awesome. Relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room on the decks for all. The property is not conducive to playing outside for kids, except on the deck. Plenty of parking and sleeping space as well as bathrooms. The view from the master bedroom and family room was awesome too. Sliding glass doors in both areas allowed you access to the back decks. However the sliding screens need replacing. Gaping holes in the family room sliding screen and it fell off the track every time you used it. We left it off after the first day. Outlets in ALL the bathrooms do not work, very annoying. Aside from that the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs, plateware, silverware, etc. It was a real challenge to wash all the linens, dry them and put away before we left. Looking back it would have been worth the $100 to just leave that for someone else.
Waterfront and beautiful

Best vaca home ever! Beautiful rooms, especially the master. The others were sufficiently large to hold at least two more guests per room. The lakefront was literally a few steps from the porch. Beautiful kitchen. Really nice grill. Everything was perfect. And house was centrally located close to Chatham Center. Price was right too!

This was a great house for our family. The single floor was really helpful for those with limited mobility. Sitting out on the deck with the view of the pond was a wonderful way to start our morning and end our day. The location was also great to be able to explore all areas on the Cape. We were able to utilize the lobster pot provided as well as the grill, which was a fun to spend an evening cooking. All of the windows between the dinning room and living room gave a very open feel. It was a fantastic place to spend a week. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and made the rental process a breeze. Thank you!

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and it was one of the best vacation our family has ever had. There were 10 of us and we all slept comfortably. The house is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed so much cooking together because the kitchen was big enough for the adults to help. The view of the pond was just breathtaking. What a magical place! We went bass fishing from just few steps away. The kids just love it. I never like fishing until I fish at this pond. The fish just kept coming. The town of Chatham was very quaint and just 5 minutes away. We will return here again and recommend it highly.

Chatham, MA home review
August 10, 2010
The home we stayed in had a very comfortable floor plan, with a nice working kitchen. Emery Pond was just out the back door and provided a great view. The town had plenty of shops and restaurants, with many others just a short drive away. It would have been nice to have central air conditioning, as the humidity did make it uncomfortable a couple of days. Also, more seating in the living room would make it a home that could really accommodate 8 -10 people. Overall, we had a very nice vacation in Chatham.
A GREAT vacation home!

This is the nicest home we have ever rented - It is spacious and well decorated and the view from the living room and deck are spectacular! We had fun in the pond with the Pedal Boat provided and our own Padel Board. The house was spotless when we arrived. There are several places where there are a few steps going down into the living room, dining room and out to the deck - not sure it will work next year when Chloe is one!

Beautiful Home with a Gorgeous View
June 30, 2010
This contemporary home is very spacious and well-stocked with everything you need for a family vacation or a get-away with your friends. The only caution is that even though the house is basically on one level, there are a few steps to go down to the living room and the dining room (without a railing) which could be a safety hazard for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, the house was perfect! And the view from the master bedroom and living room is so serene and wonderful to look at as you relax. I would definitely recommend this property.
Hi Halina. I just wanted to write to tell you how much my family and I enjoyed our stay in Chatham. Your home was very welcoming and beautiful. I hope you will consider me again next year as a renter. I will be in touch probably sometime in February. Thanks again,

I just wanted to let you know that we all had a MARVELOUS time at your Chatham home. We couldn't have been happier anywhere else. The house was absolutely beautiful-and I really enjoyed the view over Emery Pond. The edible arrangement basket was such a nice added bonus-thank you again...what a nice treat. My only complaint is that I didn't want to leave :)
I hope we can stay again next year-and if you ever need to use me as a reference, please do!
