Lovely Loon Lake!
August 1, 2013
Unique accommodations fit us perfectly as these two separate housed joined together with a common deck let us be together but let us have space when we needed it. Awesome lake with several watercraft. The local marina was very helpful when we wanted to rent power boats. Plenty to do in the area if we had enough fishing or swimming. Loved the kitchen-which was amply supplied with kitchen tools. We cooked our own evening meals (including a fish fry!). This was not a cottage, but a very nice house, fully stocked and ready to go! Will love to go back with our brood of 12.
Adirondack Adventure Opportunities Await You
December 19, 2009
I've had the privilege to stay here for long weekends twice in both winter and late summer, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect location to take advantage of any of New York's 4 distinct and glorious seasons. Last trip was an all-girls' Adirondack Women on the Loose (AWOL) "kiss the summer good-bye" in mid-September. After a chock-full weekend of road riding, mountain-climbing, kayaking, mountain-biking, swimming, jet-skiing, boat-riding, tubing, cooking, eating and drinking sumptuous foods in great excess, I was so sore I could barely walk...and within 2 days wishing I was back in the 'Dacks already. Thanks to the owners for making this trip such a special and memorable occasion. WOO HOO!!!

Great Escape - Bargain Price

You have to visit this property & lovely home. We had all the amenities of home but were away from the hustle of work. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and on the lake. We took advantage of the outside fireplace where we enjoyed some hot toddies. We enjoyed the full moon over the lake. Gore Mountain is right around the corner and we took full advantage of it, then enjoyed the home. Give it a try.
