“Above and beyond... Great experience”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2015

We rented this home for Labor Day weekend, we had 9 adults and 3 kids and we all fit just fine. Honestly, your hardly in the house because you have so many amazing amenities outside, beautiful back patio with plenty of seating and lake views, the firepit was a hit! We spend hours casting our lines right off of the dock, and caught perch, bass, catfish and crappie. The owners of this home were amazing to work with, Steve really made us all feel so welcome. Plenty of linens and abundance of towels, all the little extras you may need. I highly recommend this home as a perfect get away, we can't wait to go back!!!

Owner's reply: Great to have you and your awesome group Brittney. We look forward to hosting your next stay!

“Relaxing Family Getaway”

Our family had a nice, relaxing 4 day stay at Moss Lake Lodge on Lake Bridge Port in Chico Tx. This is our second stay here. We wanted a place that was close to our children and their busy families. It is so worth the drive .The lodge is roomy and well stocked , the kitchen was great to work in also there are 4 bedrooms rooms. The children especially loved the bunk room. We brought our boat this time, the lake was much bigger than we though! It was great fun swimming ,tubing , fishing and enjoying the grandkids. We did catch a few little fish maybe next year one of us will catch the big one. Kay Sauceda

Owner's reply: Thank you Kay! Always great hosting your family. Can't wait til next time

“PERFECT Home”

We had my daughter's bachelorette party here and had 12 girls that really enjoyed themselves. This place was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The home has a very cozy open feel to it and I really enjoyed that. The two story dock was a big hit with the girls. The neighbors are a little close but other than that, we loved it! Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone! The owner Stephen was great to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much Debi for the kind review. We are so glad you and the girls had a great time. We look forward to hosting you again. Steve

“Beautiful Lake House”

Reviewed 4 Mar 2013

I used the house for two different church retreats of about 10 people each. The House is plenty big enough for gatherings of that size. I really appreciated the open feel to the kitchen and living room. The house was perfect...not too country and not too formal...just right! The only drawback to the property is the small backyard as well as some of the trailers and other properties in close proximity to it. It is not secluded by any stretch of the imagination. Other then that i loved everything about it and would not hesitate to stay there again. The owner of the property is great and very easy to work with!

“Fabulous for Fourteen”

Our family - 2 grandparents, 2 daughters and their husbands, and 8 grandchildren - spent 3 great days enjoying the Lake Lodge and Lake Bridgeport. We had plenty of room. The kids really loved the bunk room - first time they'd had their own sleepover. We had room for all of us to eat together - a first! Enjoyed all the lodge had to offer inside and out. Loved the outside patio in the evenings. The 2-story dock was perfect for the kids. They (3 of them) enjoyed jumping off the top story. The others enjoyed the bottom deck. We're already talking about a return trip next summer.
