Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation condo rental
Spectacular 8th floor contemporary condo that has been completely remodeled. The large west bay window opens to let in the breeze, and it showcases a spectacular, awesome view of Clearwater Beach, the channel, ocean, and waterways. Several of the photos on this site were taken from the condo's large bay window or from the balcony. The large wrap around couch can sleep two,and all furnishings . The condo complex has three pools and it's own huge private beach that can be seen in two of photos. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. It is a safe area, the police station is 1/2 block away. The living room has a 58" HD TV, the middle bedroom has a HD TV and so does the master bathroom. The floors in the kitchen, dining area, and entry way are hardwood. The condo has just over 1,400 square feet. Most places on Clearwater Beach are within walking distance of the condo, and there is a trolly stop near the Condo.

PLEASE NOTE: ($3,000 per month rental), with a long term, 1 year or more, rental, and the 12% Clearwater Beach State Development, and Tourism tax is WAIVED in its entirety from day 1 of the rental/lease period.

Area Information
Clearwater beach and it's white powdery sand is rated one of the top beaches in the US. The trolly runs right by the condo, and in addition to trolly stops in Clearwater Beach, the trolly now runs to several towns in the area. Most places on Clearwater Beach are just minutes from the condo if you want to walk, and with the trolly running by the condo, it is not necessary that you have a car while staying at the condo. There is a covered parking space assigned to the condo if you have a car.
