Description of the Clearwater vacation condo rental
We are a monthly or multiple month vacation rental only. We cannot rent for less than a calendar month due to Condo Association Rules.

Due to the amount of interest in our lovely condo, we will no longer be booking beyond 12 months in advance with the hope to have return renters. A learning process for us since we are newer owners. :)

The new renovation is complete!! Not only did we buy all new furniture in the summer of 2015 but the entire condo has been renovated from top to bottom. More than just the surface things, we have added sound-dampening to the ceiling in order to have a quieter unit and cover those unsightly wires running along the ceilings to the lights, fans, etc that older buildings so often have. The floors are new in all rooms; popcorn removed from the ceilings and LED can lights added in the kitchen, closets and baths. New crown molding and baseboards throughout as well. We have also added new “beachy, but classy” light fixtures and fans throughout. New all wood cabinets have been added to the kitchen and baths in a dark modern tone. New Stainless GE appliances. Beautiful new paint colors to reflect the location. Granite countertop with stone and crushed-glass backsplash tiles. There is a new Kohler deep soaking tub for your enjoyment as well as other new fixtures in the bathrooms. We have added a new larger water heater and a NUVO water softener as well. Other things you won’t see is that we have moved light switches to be in more sensible places and added air conditioning vents to add additional air where needed. Cable has also been added to the guest room. There are dvr's in both master and living We have also added new hurricane sliders and windows that open as if they are floating on a cloud.

We are so excited about this renovation! Our unit was wonderful before, but is now better than we could have hoped!! We can’t wait to use it ourselves as well as share with caring people who would like to stay while we aren’t using it. We are a local family and do not use a management company as our middle man. When you rent from us, we are nearby, so if anything comes up, you will be seeing us, not a property manager. We also clean the units ourselves to be sure everything is nice and clean for our guests.

Landmark Towers II has the wonderful advantage of having a full balcony that covers the entire width of the condo and is large enough to hold two comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing and listening to the waves as well as additional seating and table for two for outdoor dining. This means full view of the beach and sunsets with access from both living and master. The guest room and kitchen overlook the Clearwater intercostal so there are beautiful water views from front and back. No other buildings nearby have this wonderful feature without paying much more.

We are also a secure building with keyed access to building and guard-gated entrance for extra peace of mind.

One month or multiple month rental only

We can add additional sleeping area and expand dining table upon request for up to 6 with prior notice. The standard set up is for a maximum of 4 people.

The tourist tax increases to 13% January 2016
Area Information
Downtown Clearwater Beach is a just a short drive away or hop on the Jolley Trolley to visit the many touristy activities available there as well as many great restaurants. Right across the street in the Shoppes of Sand Key is also home to several great restaurants, a convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, and an ice cream shoppe all with outdoor seating overlooking the intercostal.

Sand Key is a quiet, low traffic area perfect for those who want to relax and yet close enough to the excitement of Clearwater Beach.

A: There is a sailing club across the street that rents paddle boards and jet skis. Pop over to Pier 60 and enjoy boat rides, parasailing, and see Winter and her friends at the Clearwater aquarium!
Q: What's special about our condo?
A: It has been completely upgraded top to bottom. This is our only unit and we use it ourselves in the summer and when there is an open month. We live just 20 minutes away and care for our unit ourselves. You do not have to deal with a property manager, if you need something, you will be seeing us, not a middle man!
