Beautiful 1295 square foot Gulf Front Condominium right on the beach with spectacular 9th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Clearwater Beach (Trip Advisor 2019, 2018 & 2016 #1 US beach). Both bedrooms and the large family room overlook the expansive balcony that includes a patio table and chairs and two cushioned chaise lounges. The spacious full kitchen is recently updated with stainless steel appliances and a front-load washer and dryer.

The large master suite is furnished with a king-size mattress and box spring and the second bedroom features queen and twin size beds. Both rooms have huge walk-in closets. There is also a pullout queen bed in the family room couch. Wireless internet access and HD cable TV over three flat-screen TVs is also included.

This condominium is located on the 9th floor of a beautiful, well-kept building on Sand Key. Both bedrooms and the great room have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, while the kitchen overlooks Clearwater Harbor and the Intercoastal Waterway. Watch sailboats and dolphins swimming from your kitchen, and view breathtaking sunsets right from your patio. The wide sandy beach is perfect for strolling, shelling, or just relaxing. St. Pete Beach (2016 #4 beach), Siesta Key Beach (2011 top US beach, 2016 #3 beach), Caladesi Island (2008 top beach), and Fort DeSoto Beach (2005), are nearby.

Crescent Beach Club is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The town of Clearwater Beach is a short five-minute drive and is also accessible by trolley. Clearwater Beach offers a variety of shops, restaurants, beach bars, and charter fishing. Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport is less than a twenty-five minute drive, and Tampa International Airport and Mall are 40-45 minutes away. Tampa boasts one of the nation’s finest aquariums, Busch Gardens, the Hard Rock Casino, and the historic Ybor City area featuring restaurants, eclectic shops, and nightclubs. Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are a two-hour drive away.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. Association/complex rules are provided to Guests as part of the rental contract. One of these rules is minimum stay and/or term requirements. There is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure and clean date is determined based on previously arranged check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of the property owner.

As Crescent Beach Club has a 14 day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the unit for a minimum term of fourteen(14) consecutive days.
