“Quiet, scenic home”

Reviewed 12 Mar 2017

The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. The view from the deck is great providing an up close look of the birds and fish in the inlet and the more panoramic view of the Gulf straight ahead. It was also very pleasant to take our dog for walks around the neighborhood - at the end of the block to the left are at least two Gulf public access areas where it is pleasant to just sit and read. We also come down this time of year for the Clearwater Blues Festival - which is 2 days, great music and free. The walk along the park path is wonderful for dolphin and bird watching and again, our dog loved all the other dog friends he made there. The walkway goes into the Dunedin downtown area with plenty of benches along the way. We found a great fish market - Jensens Fish Market - in Dunedin which provided fresh fish at very reasonable prices. The kitchen is well equipped - important to me as I like to cook - and I especially appreciated the electric frying pan. The outside deck is perfect for sunning and we had numerous dinners outside enjoying the afternoon breeze. The house was nice and clean; the beds were very comfortable. We appreciate being able to enjoy the house and we had a great vacation. Thank you. Barbara

Owner's reply: Clearwater has many festivals throughout the year, it is wonderful you both enjoyed the Blues Festival. This quiet residential area is a world of its own yet close to everything where residents walk their dogs, cycle or stroll on their own never far from water. Thank you for choosing My Boaters Paradise and we hope you return Barbara.

“Family Reunion”

Reviewed 24 Jul 2016

From the 1st time I spoke with Debbie White and all through the trip, Debbie was impeccable. Even though our family had a few issues, she was always kind and very accommodating. I don't know what all to say, as Debbie was a gracious host and nobody should ever fear renting from her. She is the BEST!!! I will definitely use her in the future, next time my family comes down.

Owner's reply: Thank You Bill and Family, we were honored to help with your Family Reunion and excited for all you. Toddler to teens to mature experienced...everyone had a wonderful time. Bill you are wonderful and easy to communicate with. We look forward to helping with your next Family Reunion plans. Wishing Everyone Health and Happiness!

Fun, Relaxing, Safe
Rating 5 of 5
We stayed for the whole month of November, as we do each year. We found everything as the owner said, and more. Just gazing to the Gulf of Mexico is relaxing. The renovations and complete painting of exterior and interior is calming and inviting in this Florida style property. Dolphins came close to the dock often. Seeing a mother dolphin and young dolphin in their natural habitat is a wonder. Listen for the big splash dolphins make. Manatee enter the basin quietly so you have to look for them near the mangrove. We have a boat and kayaks. Even in the kayaks we could reach the beach islands just west of the home in minutes and it did not take long to get to Caladesi Beach State Park. We boat to Clearwater Beach and Dunedin restaurants and out into the Gulf of Mexico. Cycling and walking in the neighborhood and along Edgewater is great and the Pinellas Trail access is just two blocks away. We recommend a visit to the Clearwater Marine Rescue Aquarium where you will see Winter and the other marine life. This home is well equipped with gold rimmed china, cooking utensils, electronics, linens and towels in 3 linen closets. Our grandchildren visited again as they do each year we stay here and with a ladder at the end of the dock they swim in the salt water at high tide. It is a safe family area.

Peaceful and Safe for a Lady Alone

Rating: 5 of 5

It is so relaxing to listen and wait for the dolphins to come into the basin. The deck, patio and home have a beautiful view looking north to the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are an event each day. This is a great home to entertain. I rent a boat each time I visit; it is great to just hop into the boat and go...no fuss, no work. The little islands with beaches nearby are like having my own island. Walking along Edgewater is so pretty. And wonderful cycling streets and Pinellas Trail. This home is well equipped and a whole lot better than staying in a hotel. Jane

Fantastic boating, great 3 bedroom home

Rating: 5 of 5

So nice to have my boat at the dock. Great fishing in the Gulf of Mexico waters. Fantastic views when I'm not on my boat. So relaxing to get away from my law practice. Family enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We return every year.

Secluded little inlet is what makes this wonderful little property such a charmer. Excellent landscaping too. Very 'Florida feel'. Family enjoyed how close to the beach and downtown activities the property is. Booking again for next year!! Clearwater is lovely.

Quiet, awesome views, great location

Rating: 5 of 5

Great boating location, beach islands close by as well as Caladesi Beach State Park. Easy accesses to the Gulf of Mexico. Quiet, good safe family location. This home is well equipped and fun.. Our Grandchildren enjoyed it too, especially when the dolphins came near the dock. Walk or cycle to restaurants. An easy drive to the airport and Orlando.
Retired and Loving It.
