“Nice location.”

Reviewed 5 Jan 2015

Location of apartment was nice. Within walking distance to all the essentials. Owners are super nice and easy to work with. Loved the screened in patio. The unit we rented was 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Will stay again.

Owner's reply: Thank you. It was a pleasure hosting you, please contact us when you are ready to come back to Cocoa Beach either for the Cocoa Beach Cottage or the Marion Lane Suites. Monica and Mike

“Cozy and adorable Cottage”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2014

We had a great and relaxing week at the Cottage, thats only steps away from the beach, and just blocks from restaurants and big stores. The view from the terrace of the cottage is adorable, and then we saw the sunset too. We brought our dog, she was so happy in this place and she had access to run and play in the fenced big backyard of the cottage first floor. The air condition worked great all the time. We will be back again. Thanks again Michael and Monica.

Owner's reply: Thanks Silvana for the kind review. We look forward to your return next year. We will save the 1st floor for you and your mother. Mike & Monica

“Great summer week rental”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2014

We stayed in the upstairs unit cottage for a whole week. Is very cozy, warm, and private . Has a big terrace with a great partial view of the beach, so relaxing as we expected. We brought our 8 years old Cattle Dog, part of the family, she was so happy and enjoyed too the fenced big backyard is in the first floor unit. Great location area. Thank you very much Michael and Monica. We will be back.

“Beach access cottage”

Reviewed 6 Aug 2014

We enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. The beach was just around the corner (easy access). We could not see the beach but could hear the waves when sitting outside on the back deck. The lower unit was best for us since we had our little dog with us. The fenced in yard was great. The unit was older, but clean. Could use some updating. The bathroom was very small but served it's purpose. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

“Neat Place”

Reviewed 25 May 2014

This place would be great if you rent both units with a bunch of friends. It's right there at the beach, walking distance to Ron Jon's, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Since it is located closer to the tourist area, it can be a bit noisy at night. The unit was clean, but could use a little TLC. The owners are super nice, and there to assist in any way!

Owner's reply: Thanks for the kind remarks. The place is getting a makeover this summer both inside and out for the winter snowbird season. Mike Ouellette

“Location. Location. Location.”

Reviewed 3 Dec 2013

The cottage is perfectly located steps from the beach and a short walking distance to restaurants and Ron Jon. If you love the beach and are willing to overlook a bit of wear and tear, the cottage is perfect for you. The cottage is on the smaller side with a tiny bathroom and small living room. The two bedrooms are comfortable. The fenced in yard is perfect for pets.

“Fantastic value and great location.”

Stayed for 4 days mid October and had a great relaxing time in this home away from home. This just right sized rental was clean and tidy, well fitted out and close to just about everything. If you want to get away from expensive and busy hotels and want privacy then this is the answer, having a nightcap on the deck and listening to the waves is a bonus.

Owner's reply: Robert, Thank you for such a kind review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at the Cottage. As you mention it is a great alternative other typical accommodations. Being pet friendly is an added bonus to bring along your furry friend(s). We look forward to your return visits. Mark, Manager

“Cozy and Comfortable.....”

Reviewed 14 Jul 2013

My Husband and I had a wonderful time, the cottage was very private and easy to access for parking. The cottage has everything you need to live, just bring your own food. Will probably be coming back again next year. Cottage is close to everything you might need and beach is just a short stroll and a convenient shower to rinse when heading back in. Great affordable rates too!..

Owner's reply: Holly - Thank you for the kind review, we appreciate your comments and look forward to seeing you again soon. Mark Manager

“Comfortable and Cute”

Reviewed 7 Aug 2012

My sisters and I stayed in the bottom unit for a Sisters Weekend of looking through old photos, sharing laughs and wine as we sorted our parents collected memories. The apartment was cozy and a quiet location, right by the beach. Everything we needed was provided and we will certainly return. It was a good halfway point between Palm Beach County and Ocala. We had a great dinner at an Italian restaurant right up the street. We were told the furniture is to be updated, which would be a plus. The walls were freshly painted bright yellow and the towels provided were great!

Owner's reply: Thank you Susan, we are very glad you and your sisters enjoyed the cottage. Our goal is to provide comfortable accommodations to our guests. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Mark and Michael managers.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while we were in Florida to watch the STS-116 shuttle launch. The cottage was cozy and clean. The deck and big yard were perfect for gathering and visiting with friends and family (our group rented both the upper and lower apartments so we had the whole place to ourselves) and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners, Mike and Monica, were so nice throughout the entire process - before, during and after our stay. Mike stopped by almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed. When we made the initial reservation we were a bit worried because shuttle launch dates change so often, but they said they would work with us if there was a date change and they did. One of our cousins was the pilot for the mission so we really wanted to be there (and have a place to stay) to see him take off! We were very lucky to find a nice place with owners so friendly, professional and accommodating. Thanks!
