We just returned from a week at Chateau by the Sea Unit 503. We loved the condo and the property as well as Cocoa Beach. The Unit was extremely clean upon arrival and provided everything we needed for a great girls get-away at the Beach. So many restaurants nearby to choose from as well as convenient grocery shopping. Would definitely stay again. The only change I would consider in the future is a full ocean-front unit as opposed to this ocean-view unit; however, that being said, the view from the balcony was good and provided a great place to sit in the mornings and evenings. The rental process was easy and everyone we came in contact with from the beginning of the rental to the departure last Saturday was very hospitable. We were there the week before Memorial week-end therefore it was before the "rush", but the condo property was very quiet as well as the area around it. Definitely not a touristy area --at least the week we were there.

The condo was just perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the pier and right on the beach. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. We were able to step right out of the condo and watch the space shuttle go up. The balcony provided beautiful views of the ocean which I enjoy every morning and evening. My husband and I cannot wait to return.

We stayed in 305 one of Drews condos in Chateau By the Sea , the condo was newly decorated , with nice new furniture and a good see view , it was very quiet and we loved it , we took our small dog and it worked out great , the pool was quiet and heated , And the beach is a 1 minute walk drew is very easy to deal with and very accommodating , we will be back next year , Thanks Drew , Clive And Carol .

This charming condo had everything we needed on hand to make us feel at home. the free wi-fi and phone were very convenient to keep up with the news. The cond is just a 1/2 block from the Cocoa Beach Pier and within walking distance to shops, and restaurants as well as a grocery store. The balcony was a perfect place to for relaxing and taking in the views of the beach and catching that wonderful breeze off the ocean. We were there for two weeks , so having a washer and dryer in the condo was an added bonus. We will definitely be rebooking this unit for our next vacation in Cocoa Beach .

My stay was perfect the unit 503 was very clean and neat. The morning view was breathtaking looking out to the Atlantic. This unit was in a good location just a short walking distance to the pier and surf shops. Just a note the restaurant at the end of beach front is very good, the seafood was very good
