The clean and tidy cottage was perfect for two outdoors enthusiasts who came to kayak. Doneroaminn was conveniently located. Ramp Road, where we met Ed from Adventure Kayak,is very close. The Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge is a 15 to 20 minute drive. We wish we'd gone early in the day as you can hike as well as drive the loop. The Brevard Zoo is 15 minutes in the opposite direction and turned out to be great fun. Try feeding the parrots if you dare! The little patio was a great place to drink coffee but you can also carry it across the street and sit on a bench and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The owners are very kind and helpful and live next door . Maine'ly Seafood take out was great:Grilled or fried seafood and even grilled veggies. Short drive to the quaint town of Cocoa for cute shops and a walk along the Indian River. We had a ball.

We enjoyed our stay here in June so much that we just had to come back. The cottage is extremely clean and very cozy. Great place to relax. Beautifully decorated as well. Right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming owners.

This cottage is absolutely fantastic! It has all the amenities you need. It's right across from the beach (which is more secluded). It's within walking distance of several restaurants. It's perfect for two people and beautifully decorated inside and out. You even have your own private garden sitting area. Jackie and David are great people and wonderful hosts. You will love your stay here!!!

We spent our 30th anniversary in this very charming and quiet cottage. My wife and I were very pleased with the accomodations, cleanliness and being close to the beach. We will recommend to our friends.

I highly recommend staying at this cottage if you are looking for a nice relaxing beach getaway. My boyfriend and I just needed a quick weekend break to breathe in the salty air and this place was the perfect place to stay! It was just the two of us and our 6lb. miniature pincher. The place was cozy, well decorated and clean. Much more comfortable then staying in any standard hotel on the beach. We went to coconuts for dinner, drinks and entertainment Saturday night which was within walking distance. The food and service were excellent!

Jackie was wonderful!!! Very cool English folks! It was a great time and I really appreciate the great communication as well from Jackie and Dave! Thank you again!

We had a great time. My wife absolutely loved the decorations. The small 1 Br cottage was just what we were looking for. It was a very peaceful atmosphere and had good options for activities other than the beach as well. Not crowded beach and very pretty made for a wonderful time.

5/5 Beautiful cottage

This place was wonderful. It is a block off the beach with access directly across the street. Local restraunts are ok. But with a seafood market (that will cook it fresh for you) 1 block over who needs restraunts. It is a bit small but for a couple or an individual its perfect. Loved it, would without question stay here again. Oh and it really looks just like the pics.
