A stone cottage in the Cumbrian village of Coniston, sleeping seven people in three bedroomsMelbourne House is a stone-built property in the village of Coniston in the Lake District. Its three bedrooms consist of a family room sleeping three, a double room and a twin zip/link, there is also a family shower room and a cloakroom, the property can sleep seven people. Its interior also includes a kitchen breakfast room and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a lawn with furniture. Melbourne House is a characterful, rural getaway placed excellently for a holiday in the Lakes.

Amenities: Gas central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Smart digital TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car, additional on street parking available on the main road. Rear lawn and outside area with furniture which is shared with a neighboring property, and a private front garden with lawn. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Washing machine in shower room. Note: Dogs are to be kept downstairs. Note: there is a stream running alongside the grounds of the property, please ensure young children are supervised at all times
