This property was clean, well taken care of , homey and comfortable. It is close to all of the things we like to do. We would definitely rent it again. The process of renting this property was very smooth which I appreciate.
Owner's reply: We loved having you, hope to see you again in the future!
“Was Perfect for a Family”
We rented this townhouse for our family which included 6 Adults and three children under 3. Everything we possibly needed was there for us. The kids had so much fun in the toy room down stairs, this was a major bonus! We had a fabulous day in Storyland which was only 15 minutes away. Townhouse was very clean and orderly. We will go back again for sure.
Owner Supplied Testimonials
This was our first stay at this property and we loved it! It was spacious and comfortable. I would definatly recommend this property.

We rented this gem with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids (2 4yo, 1 3yo and an almost 2 yo) in total. It was fantastic. Enough space so we weren't on top of each other. About a 15 minute ride to StoryLand and 10 minutes to downtown shops. The playroom downstairs was a hit with the kids. Owners were very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive. Will be looking to rent again next year!

We had a great time staying here. From the kids play area and toys downstairs to the deck with the grill, it was perfect for our two families with kids ranging from 2 to 7. Highly recommended and we will be back!

My husband and I (with our 4 children) spent 3 nights in this fabulous townhouse in July. We were more than pleased with everything! The place was spotless, the owner was courteous and quick to respond to any inquiries. It was tucked away and very private, yet just a quick 5 minute drive to restaurants/shops in North Conway and 10-15 minutes to Storyland. The basement was a huge hit for our children. We loved it and would love to return! It would be suitable for even two families or a weekend getaway with friends. Thank you for a great trip to beautiful New Hampshire!

This is a wonderful rental property. Rosanne was easy, prompt and pleasant to communicate with. Security deposit was refunded very promptly and very easy to work out a set of keys for each family. We stayed here with our family of two infants and a 3yo and friends with their one and 4yo. It was a quiet setting away from bustle, but only 15min to many attractions including Storyland (where we spent 2 days), N. Conway outlets and Kancamagus. The home makes traveling with young kids easy with provided booster seat, baby gates, bed rail and pack n' play. The kids loved the downstairs playroom and the kitchen was VERY useable. We either made picnic lunches or ate in the house quite easily. The large entry hall was a great place to drop stuff and made it easy to quickly unload the car; it would be great in any season with tons of racks for skis and room for shoes, snowshoes, gear, etc. The only two negatives are the stairs are steep (we were a little nervous with the preschoolers, but they managed well) and there is no A/C. It was an unusually warm June weekend with 80+ degree days making the loft quite warm (especially the first night after the house had been shut up for several days), but I cooled off fairly well with the windows open at night and supplied fans (which there are plenty!) With my husband's lack of tolerance for heat, we might not choose to stay in August (although he could always retreat to the very cool basement with comfy wrap-around sofa), but we definitely plan to come back for a June or September visit in the future. Fantastic property for families with kids of all ages and great for two families to share even if 3 kids each! There was room for at least one pack n' play in each bedroom and room for two in all the upstairs bedrooms and loft.

This place was awesome. The main living area is great for big groups when everyone would like to be together, but having 4 levels to spread out enabled people to get away to their own space when they wanted to. The unit is clean and well kept. Kitchen has everything you need. Water pressure is good for showers. Loved the whirlpool tub; relaxing after a long day at the Fryeburg Fair.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this delightful home at the end of September. Don't let the name "townhouse" fool you! The place is deep in the woods and in a very small, quiet, and spread-out neighborhood. The feel was more of a wooded cabin. The house was very clean, well-decorated and homey. All needed cooking utensils and supplies were provided. We felt right at home and ate almost every meal in! The house is located in a great area. It's central to downtown North Conway for shops and restaurants and is a short drive to many great hiking opportunities. We spent our days doing scenic drives, hiking, and the returned back for drinks and dinner. All in all, a fantastic trip!

We arrived in the evening. We entered the Townhouse, it was very clean, and it is very spacious has a cottage feel, however it has everything you could want or need. Dishwasher, washer & dryer, full fridge & stove and wifi! It is nicely decorated and very comfortable and is settled in a beautiful wooded area. There is a beautiful Deck in the back with a gas grill. The location is great just a few minutes to town for restaurants, and stores. Beautiful Echo lake is about a mile from the house as is Cathedral Ledge. We spent one day on Saco River which was also only a few miles away. My husband got his 3 day fishing pass at the Walmart which is about 5 miles away. During our stay we went to the flume, hiked to Dianna's bath, Ridley Falls, then searched for other hiking areas and found beautiful hiking areas. We spend a whole day of fishing and swimming at Echo Lake and visited Cathedral ledge for a spectacular view of the area. If you have little ones you are very close to Story Land! Attitash is just a few miles away also for Skiing or in the summer has a the Alpine slide a zip line and many more fun things! We would definitely stay again. So much to do great location! We rented this condo with another family for a long weekend trip to storyland. It has EVERYTHING you can possibly need and is great for families with kids. We are already talking about renting longer next summer. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone looking for a great place to stay in North Conway!!

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation. We were 4 adults and 3 children. There was enough room for everyone, the 6 and 8 year old loved the loft. The basement had a ton of toys for the kids. The only drawback was no air. The first couple of days it was humid. We did have fans which helped. My brother in law and niece saw a bear in the back drinking from the pond!

Stayed here for a trip to Story Land. 15 minutes top to Story Land, close to downtown N. Conway. Extremely clean and well-stocked. Everything you need for small children, including booster seats, bathroom step stools, utensils & plates, DVDs, and lots of toys. Quiet location surrounded by gorgeous trees, with a couple of nice picture windows. Wi-fi and new TVs. Owner is quick to respond to questions and very professional. I highly recommend this rental

We had three adults and 6 children between the ages of 4 and 10 and the layout of this condo was perfect for us. The playroom downstairs was stocked with toys perfect for kids in this age range. They also loved playing foosball and watching TV down there. It was great having a separate spot for them to hang out while we were cooking dinner. The kitchen is very well stocked. It had everything we needed and had more than any home we rented in the past. It was great having kids silverware, cups and plates. It was an easy drive to Storyland, about a 15 minute ride. I like that the condo was secluded in the woods, but it was easy access to N Conway. The owner responded quickly during the booking process and with any questions that I had and she was very easy to work with.

Just got back from a few days in North Conway, and could not have been happier with my decision to rent this property. Spent two night there with my family including my almost 4 year old daughter. The location is excellent, very close to town yet tucked just far enough away to give privacy and relief from the center of town. The condo is very well appointed with something for everyone. My daughter loved the playroom in the basement. I would definetly consider this property for a return trip.

Our family had an enjoyable stay at this rental home. The place was very clean and well-maintained. It had many ameneties and we especially loved the furnished basement. My boys spent a lot of time in the basement playing with toys, watching shows on the large television and playing wii. After a long day out and about, It was refreshing to be able to relax, talk and watch television with my husband on the main floor while the boys were occupied downstairs. My husband and I liked the fact that this property is so close to restaurants and major attractions like StoryLand, Echo Lake, Diana's Bath, and the center of town, yet situated in a quiet area surrounded by trees. We will definitely stay there again and had an easy time corresponding with Rosanne regarding this rental property.

Our family of 5 adults just stayed at the townhouse and it was perfect for everyone. Townhouse had everything we needed, and layout was great. We enjoyed playing card games on the kitchen table, and games in the basement. What we loved the most was being off of West Side road, and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway yet still being a few minutes drive. Very close to tubing/kayaking on the Saco, and other natural attractions. The condo is rustic, private and quiet so it really made for a relaxing weekend. Would definitely stay here again! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We've rented various properties over the years and she was by fast the best landlord we've ever had - providing a check-out checklist and detailed rental information too.

Stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a great time. The unit was exactly as described and in very clean condition. Quiet enough if looking for some seclusion and privacy, yet close to all area activities and downtown N. Conway. Favorite restaurants would be Peaches and Fox Run for breakfast and Jelisco's (sp) if you like Mexican food. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent condo. Our young kids absolutely ADORED the playroom. They didn't want to do anything else! The condo is spacious and very clean and has all the amenities you need. We loved the location as well, avoiding all the downtown North Conway traffic. We would love to come again!

Our stay was fantastic! We stayed during a very hot week in July, and although a/c would have been nice in the bedrooms, the lower levels and family room were very comfortable. We had a toddler with us and the playroom, large selection of kids toys and movies we great! Also the gear provided for our toddler such as bed rails and a booster seat - it made the stay so much easier and that much less stuff to pack. The property was clean and quiet. It was located just a few moments from town and we loved the proximity to Echo lake. Dealing with the owner was also a very positive experience. She was very professional, detailed and answered all our questions and concerns promptly, I highly recommend a stay at this property - you will not be disappointed,

We just spent five days/four nights with our two kids and grandparents and had such a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed, with such a great playroom for our two year old daughter! We even had a black bear sighting in the woods behind the house. The property is so organized, clean, and comfortable and I highly recommend it

Excellent location -- woods and trails to hike right outside (and tubing down the road); minutes to town and close to Storyland. Feels both remote and convenient. Well-stocked with kids' toys and dishes and well laid-out for making sure no one is disrupted by early risers. Kids loved the whirlpool tub. Kitchen adequate for preparing meals with sufficient tools and space. Very clean. Owners friendly and helpful. Didn't rate 5 star for reasons that others might not find a problem: 1) No AC, which was made sleeping on top floor and hanging out in family room oppressive the weekend we were there (humid 90s). 2) towels and sheets not provided. There was fair warning, but it was just made for a bit more effort for a weekend trip. If I could have rated it 4.75, I would have. Not a 5, but 4 is not charitable enough. I would rent again for sure in cooler months to ensure total comfort.

We stayed at this home for a family weekend and cannot say enough great things about it! I have never stayed in a condo that is more family friendly. My adult children, small grandchildren and ourselves had an awesome time. The playroom in the basement has fun for all ages we never had to worry about entertaining a two and six year old. We were comfortable in every aspect and so close to everything. I would highly recommend this vacation home and plan on going back ourselves someday soon. Thank you again for a great family weekend.

We had a great time at the condo. My parents stayed downstairs and my husband and two sons stayed upstairs. We didnt even need the extra room in the loft. Everything was very clean and the location was really good. Rosanne was super easy to work with and great at responding to any questions. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My son loved all the toys in the basement playroom (I should have saved the room in the car and left all of our movies and toys at home!) The house has everything you could need. We can't wait to go back again!

This was a great rental for 4 adults and 3 children. The house was fully equipped, the owner was extrememly responsive right from when my inquiry was made to post-trip communication. The home was beautiful and had lots of fun activities right within the home. The only recommendation would be to have a TV in the main living room area, though we spent most of our times playing games at the Dining room table anyway. All the instruction when entering the house were clear. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

The place was nice and roomy for two families with 6 kids between us. The location was great, as well. One of the downside was the basement was very damp and smelt upon arrival. Having the dehumidifier off between visits was definately the casue of the smell. Once we had it on for a day, it was more difficult to smell the dampness. We also noticed some left over crumbs and small pieces of food under the chairs in the kitchen. This places was cleaner than the last two other places we rented but the cleaning comapny clearly did not sweep under the chairs. THe owners were very nice and accommodating and returned emails in a timely manner. Definately considering renting again for next year.

We stayed at this very well maintained, clean, and well stocked cabin 5 minutes from North Conway, NH. My son has dust and pet allergies and he was perfectly fine for all week! Roseanne, the owner was very easy to deal with and organizied in her approach to the rental process. We will DEFINATELY book with her again as soon as we have dates next summer so we can insure we stay here again.

Owners are responsive and a pleasure! The townhouse is spacious, in a great location, and priced affordably given our current economy. Echo Lake is clean, very close and family oriented. Nearby N. Conway has lots to do, with the normal stores you may need. The weather was good, for the most part. Summers in the NH White Mountains seem to start with sunny mornings with the possibiliity of an afternoon shower. Overall, I'd recommend staying here any time of the year, you can't go wrong.

Our stay at the condo was just perfect! All of the items that we needed were at our fingertips. The condo was well stocked and was very accomodating for 2 families of 4, with 4 children under the age of 6. The finished basement and toy room were just perfect for the kids. The location was in close proximity to the outlets, Echol Lake and Storyland. We hope to return here again, soon

We were headed to Storyland with 2 families, which included 3 children ages 3-6. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us, with a bedroom to spare. The family room and play room in the basement were great, fully stocked with age-appropriate toys, movies and video games. The condo's wooded location was both quiet and convenient to Storyland, hiking and shopping. We look forward to going back!

We had a great visit to North Conway and it all started with a great place to stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We had two families with young kids and there was plenty of room for all. The finished basement was a nice bonus. It was perfect for the kids to play and watch movies. The condo is nestled in the woods so there's no street traffic or other noises to worry about. I liked that it was out of the way, but still convenient to echo lake, cathedral ledge, storyland and downtown. I also thought the price was very affordable compared to other lodgings in the area
