Description of the Corolla vacation home rental
Come experience the uniqueness of Sea Forevermore, a 5,000 sq. ft home offering eight (8) bedrooms PLUS a separate Queen-bedroom family suite, ocean-side in the Outer Banks desirable Whalehead Beach location. Only 250 feet to OBX's best beaches, Sea Forevermore boasts all new furniture, appliances, and bedding. We are also excited to have installed an elevator, and a luxury master shower in the family suite, among many other amenities.

If you have a large group for gatherings, Sea Forevermore is for you! All of your group can enjoy a sweeping view of the ocean waves from the wall of windows spanning the entire third floor, or from the Captain's Watch hot tub at the top of the roof. The Great Room, with carefully selected decor, invites the seascape inside. Perfect for large gatherings, the living area features a huge luxury stone-gray Italian-leather sectional sofa and matching ottoman and chair surrounding the 47" smart HDTV. Behind the sofa is a separate seating area for conversation near the kitchen. Nearby is a cupola with seating area with comfortable stuffed chairs for eating or playing cards while enjoying the best view of the home. The kitchen area has new stainless steel appliances, mahogany cabinets, breakfast bar seating for four (4), and plenty of cooking gear for the discriminating chef. For our Fall and Spring guests, a two-sided gas fireplace divides the Great Room with reading nooks on either side.

The dining area, which is connected to the Great Room, boasts a fabulous table for 12, sea foam-green sofas, wicker chairs, and window seats to take in the view of the ocean while you dine, or peacefully read. Off the Great Room/Dining Room is the family master suite, with its own Queen bedroom, kitchenette with new refrigerator and dishwasher, custom shower, smart TV, and Queen sleeper sofa in a private separate sitting area. The Family Suite provides phenomenal flexibility. Families with small children can have them nearby but not in their beds, or in rooms down the hall. Or, treat parents, anniversary or romantic couples, or your special guests to their own private suite!

The mid-level boasts six (6) bedrooms (four masters, plus adjoining King BRs with a jack-&-jill bath) with all-new furniture, a smart HDTV in EACH room, deck access, and a separate washer-dryer. Our handicapped-accessible Queen Corolla Coastline BR features a roll-in shower and settee with hand rails. The adjoining King Bedrooms preside over one side of the house with great views! The other side's bedrooms are separate-bath masters with Queen beds. One of them, Solarium Sunset, has a Queen bedroom with an exclusive sitting room from which to enjoy sunsets, and a huge bathroom. Egyptian cotton sheets, plush towels, soft bath mats, and luxury bedding unlike anything provided by a rental management company in OBX will further enhance your stay.

The first level houses two (2) bedrooms with adjoining full bath, recreation room, microwave, and expansive laundry room. The Rattan Queen bedroom is expansive, with handcrafted furniture, while The Twin Beach bedroom embraces a coastal design offering two twin beds. Both have new 32' smart HDTVs. The recreation room features a pool table, new 70" smart HDTV with home theater system, huge sectional sofa with three recliners, game table and chairs, microwave, a bar with built-in poker, roulette, and blackjack games, and full refrigerator freezer (three in the house, plus a wine/drink cooler in the tiki bar outside!).

Through the sliding glass door is the pool, hot-tub, tiki bar area, outside shower, and barbecue grills (both propane and charcoal). The current 'cocktail' pool is heated in spring and fall, and is only steps away from our huge hot tub. As the headline above states, we have a brand new 140,000 BTU pool heater for those cool evenings. Relax after your ocean swim in the cool pool water, or climb to the Captain's Watch hot-tub to relax with the best view in OBX!

The beach, with its soft white sands is only a minute walk out the back yard (no requirement to go to the corner). Ride our bikes to close-by Food Lion and seafood/restaurants/gift shops in Monterrey Plaza Shopping Center, or the farmer's market, restaurants, upscale shopping and amusement park at the Timbuk II Center. Make Sea Forevermore your chosen vacation house, and enjoy special discounts as we continue to outfit our home with the luxurious touches you want and deserve, but at family-friendly prices!

Love this house!
Date of Stay: February 18, 2016
Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars

Renter Comments: We have a large group of moms who take an annual trip to the beach. For the past 3 years we have had the privilege of staying at Sea Forevermore. This house is well cared for and has all the comforts of home. The layout is perfect for large groups. Most of the bedrooms are on the middle floor away from the kitchen, living room and dining room, which are on the 3rd floor. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The homeowner is very responsive and really wants you to enjoy his home while you are vacation. You cannot go wrong with this one!
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers

Owner Response: It is easy to go the extra mile for renters such as these who are responsible and appreciative of our home. We're happy to work individually with our good renters to meet special needs (late arrival, special kitchen or grill appliances, additional bedding, folding tables for large dining groups, new billiard balls, whatever we can do).

Renter Comments: From the moment we booked this property, we knew it would be wonderful. The homeowners responded within an hour or so to our inquiry and walked us through the process all the way up till arrival time. The house has EVERYTHING! They have literally thought of everything. The views were fantastic, plenty of recreation, pool and hot tub access. The rooms were just perfect. We loved our time every evening on the deck enjoying the ocean breezes. Could not ask for a better time. Thank you for the perfect vacation!

Renter Comments: This was a perfect setting for our families Thanksgiving dinner. We had 13 adults and a toddler. There was something for everyone. Pack and plays were there for the baby along with baby gate and high chairs. There are even little picnic table and chairs for the toddlers. Plenty of outside seating around pool along with toys. The pool was warm and hot tub is also by pool. The bedrooms are on the middle floor which makes them quiet with black out curtains. Nice bathrooms very spacious. The linens were of good quality. Plenty of extra towels for pool. The family suite off the dining room is nice, perfect for a family with 2 children. The elevator was a life saver.

Owner Response: We're sorry that with all the positives mentioned and extras we provided (pool heater for swimming in mid-November, 17 bikes, toys and kites for the kids, etc.) we did not earn five stars. We hope to get the best rating next time. :0)

Renter Comments: Extraordinary home.. Rent this house and you will not be disappointed. The owners literally have everything you could need at the beach. You can just show up with a swimsuit and have a wonderful week. There are plenty of bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, wagons, beach carts, umbrellas etc. The pool even has its own toys...water guns, floats, tubes. The kids were in the pool for 6 hours one day, they couldn't get enough. Even when it rained there was so much to keep everyone busy from billiards, to Xbox to board games to puzzles and movies. There are also toys for little ones like blocks, super heroes and dolls. Some of the items are still in the wrapper never even opened, so you can see the owner are constantly adding things. The house is a short walk to the beach and only 2 blocks to the shopping center which has a food lion, shops and a awesome butcher shop.. Great steaks and crab cakes.. I highly recommend the place. As you come back from the store with your load of groceries, it's great to have an elevator to ferry them up to the kitchen. Speaking of kitchen, it's fully equipped and has multiples of everything.. Ex. 2 blenders, 3 coffee makers, 2 ovens.. There is also spices to use.. We added to the collection as I'm sure others have as well. The owners don't skimp, even the dishes are quality from pottery barn. Do yourself a favor while you are in Corolla and see the wild horses on the 4wd beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back..

Wonderful Vacation!
Date of Stay: September 6, 2015
Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars

Renter Comments: We had a great stay in Sea Forever More. We arrived on Sunday and was just stunned by its beauty. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Our party had only eight people, so we had our choice of which bedroom we wanted. The weather was beautiful. It called for rain almost every day and it only rained once in the late evening. The elevator was a life saver. We really put it to the test the whole week. We could see the ocean when we were sitting on the third level deck. One day I actually heard the waves breaking on shore. The house is centrally located to everything we needed for the week - grocery store, gas, alcohol, pizza, etc. It took me about two minutes to get to the Food Lion. If you need a large house for your family vacation and one that's a beauty on the inside, this is the one for you. Thank you to Jim and his family for renting it to us for the week. My husband truly got his relaxing vacation.

Owner Response: These were wonderful and appreciative renters. They were concerned with our home seemingly the same as we would have, had we been there. We were able to clarify some items which were confusing (the location of a thermostat, refilling a fuel tank, etc.) so their vacation wouldn't miss a beat. And we're only too happy to go those extra steps so they can enjoy all the aspect of our home. Come join us too!

Renter Comments: We had 17 people with us for our stay and there was enough room for all of us with no problem at all. This house has Everything!!! The kitchen was equipped better than any other house we have rented in the past. They thought of everything from beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, pool toys, boogie boards, beach towels and several bikes.

Owner Response: Evidently, we met or exceeded Geri's expectations. Hope we can improve to get five stars next time! :0) We keep trying to add items much more than any other house we know of (double English cotton linens, reading libraries, games, puzzles, kites, pool toys, yard toys, 19 bikes, 40+ beach towels, beach gear, boogie boards, special appliances, and more). Let us know what you'd like to see!

Renter Comments: I am writing to thank Jim and his family for a lovely stay at Sea Forevermore. We were really looking forward to our family beach vacation--our group ranged from babies (9 months - 2 years), kids (4 years- 8 years), teens (14 - 16), and of course lots of adults. What impressed me most about Sea Forevermore was that there were things for all ages to enjoy. Their baby amenities are fantastic--including port-a-cribs and high chairs. I have never seen more beach toy/floats in my life! And for the teens the downstairs area with a pool table, video games, and hot tubs were the biggest hit. The adults enjoyed the beautiful kitchen area with all the amenities for cooking wonderful meals for the family, including coffee pots, microwaves, toasters, all the pots/pans/dishes one could need. I wish my kitchen at home was as well stocked! Finally, Jim went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and also was more than happy to take our phone calls with questions. Thanks again to Jim and his family for a wonderful stay at Sea Forevermore!

Renter Comments: This is a wonderful beach house!! We had 19 people with us for our stay and there was enough room for all of us with no problem at all. We are used to needing to bring a lot of stuff with us when we travel to accommodate to cook for all of us and everything. In this house there is no need to pack much of anything besides your clothes. This house has EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen was equipped better than any other house we have rented in the past. They thought of everything from beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, pool toys, boogie boards, beach towels and several bikes. Pool was cleaned the day we arrived and then again during the week. Most places only clean the pool before arrival. They provide you with beach towels and linens (which is always nice). For people with small children this house has what you need. Also it’s just a quick ride to the grocery store, which is very convenient. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner. Great communication back and forth. Would recommend this house to anyone traveling to this area!! My family and I loved it so much we are going back next year!!!

The owner was so great to work with and provided extensive information to assist us in planning our trip. We had such a wonderful time, the house was equipped with everything we needed to grill and cook at home, play at the beach, or lounge at the pool. The weather was beautiful, with cool evenings which we spent on the deck or playing cards at the large dining room table. Every member of our group commented on how well maintained and stocked the house was, with beautiful furnishings and everything you didn't know you needed on vacation! Very clean, tastefully decorated throughout, incredibly comfortable beds, and the kitchen is equipped better than any vacation home we've ever stayed in. The owners have literally thought of everything! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, baskets of beach towels, several bikes, boogie boards and kites they've got you covered. Renter Comments: We rent a home in Corolla every year, for the last 13 years, we have never rented the same home before, not because there was anything wrong with the other homes just better options tended to pop up. We were so impressed with Sea Forevermore that we actually rented it for the following year while we were still on vacation. They truly thought of everything! There were bikes in great condition and various sizes, brand new folding chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, wagons, wonder wheelies, coolers, pool toys, sand toys, you name it was available. Every room was spotless, and comfortable. The kitchen(s) were fully stocked with every type of appliance imaginable. It was only a short walk to the beach, less than a city block. You could peddle over to Timbuck Too or Food Lion. We cannot wait till our trip next year! Highly recommend!

While the weather was not favorable, we were able to spend time in the hot tubs, play games at the dining room table, cook lovely meals and dance the night away in the spacious living/dining area. As a matter of fact, there isn't one thing that we could think of that we would like changed about the house. We have decided to try to make this an annual trip for us and we certainly want to make Sea Forevermore our go to vacation house again and again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful vacation home!

Renter Comments: I stayed at the beach house with my family and two other families. It was a super windy and cold weekend in February! So windy that we could hear the furniture moving on the decks! In spite of the wind, we had a wonderful time. We had 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. We could have invited a few more families! They had everything we needed! Tons of glasses, plates, kitchen items to cook and serve meals for large groups! The house was clean and well kept. Very comfortable. I wish it was warmer because there were tons of bikes that we could have all taken a ride around the neighborhood. Very close to the grocery and spa. We walked to the beach one day, it's really close. Kids played video games and enjoyed riding the elevator with us. :-) I would recommend this house to anyone seeking a beautiful place to stay with great amenities!

Owner Response: We always brag that we do everything to make our guests' stay the best. We're sorry that the weather did not comply for this great group that we [only] got 4 stars! We're happy to hear from everyone on ideas to improve.

Renter Comments: Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home. We are a party of 4 families (18 people) who travel together once a year. The space in this home gave us room to spread, as well and brought us together for wonderful meal times around a huge table, with food prepared in a well-stocked kitchen. We were just amazed at every possible appliance in the kitchen. This made the preparation of food quick and so much fun. There is plenty of space to just sit and relax or come together either by the fireplace or around a game of pool. We played indoor games, which are a plenty in this home, as well as had wonderful walks along the beach collecting the most amazing sea shells, riding the bikes on the beach, watching the sunrise and set. This is truly a wonderful home, well stocked, in a good location, whereby we could just walk to the beach or a short drive down to shops at Duck or further north to the lighthouse and the wild horses of Corolla. Would recommend a boardwalk along the shops at Duck. If you do go to see the wild horses, you will need a 4WD. The owners of this home were very kind and generous to our party of families and I would like to thank them for their wonderful customer service. We will definitely be going back one day.

Renter Comments: We are a group of eleven friends who travel together once a year. This was the perfect house for us---three floors of living space gave us plenty of room to spread out. The elevator and handicap bathroom worked out great for one person of our group who uses a wheelchair. Well maintained and all the comforts of home. There was absolutely nothing we needed--this house has everything...fully stocked kitchen with pantry items and every imaginable appliance, flashlights for crabbing in the moonlight, movies, games, puzzles, laundry detergent...even beach towels. The only thing you'll need to do is unpack your bags and start the fun! We were here in November and enjoyed the small, off-season crowds. Drove on a little north on the beach and saw wild horses (need a 4WD). Found an abundance of shells on the beach a day after a storm. Restaurant recommendation: Uncle Ike’s in Corolla--nothing fancy but wonderful food.

Renter Comments: We spent a week at Sea Forevermore. With 9 bedrooms and seven bathrooms there was more than ample room for all 14 of us. A great place to unwind and relax, with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool, or just sitting on the multi-level decks listening to the ocean. We felt like kids again riding the bikes exploring the neighborhood. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals and the dinner table was able to accommodate all of us. Long walks on the beautiful beach and viewing the wild mustangs was the highlight of our vacation, and having Sea Forevermore to come home to made our vacation complete. If you’re looking for a sweet getaway check it out. P.S Hide N Seek is even more fun when you’re an adult! -Mare

Renter Comments: We spent a week at the Sea Forevermore. I along with 13 others felt spoiled by all the things that were available for a family to feel like they were in their own home entertaining each other. We had so much fun bonding in the hot tub, pool, on bikes, on the beach with the beach chairs provided, on the porches, around the grill, at the pool table, at the 70" flat screen TV, and the perfect dinner table. So many fun things and quality things were provided and we appreciated the owner trusting us as vacation renters. I would highly recommend any family to stay here as you can tell the owners really care and go above and beyond to provide a place that feels like home. The memories from our stay will Be Forevermore in our heart!!

Owner Response: This was a phenomenal group of renters ( a family coming from New Hampshire to South Carolina and beyond). They left our home in phenomenal shape, and our caretaker was so thankful. We hope they come again and that we're blessed to have many renters like them!

Renter Comments: There were 11 girls staying for the week and enough sitting areas in this place that we had to take a head count to see where everyone was. We took turns cooking 6 nights at the house and the only negative comment was "there is no food processor?" Now I've rented at least 4 dozen places online and never once was there a food processor so please take that as a compliment :) Personally, my favorite place was Sea Forever (their other house) where I've stayed 2 other times but only because it has a larger pool and the owners have owned it for a longer period so everything is just perfect. At Sea Forevermore we rode the new bikes which we all loved. They also supply the beach chairs and beach towels - what other place does that? The roof top hot tub had awesome views and lights even had sensors that came on as we walked up the steps. When you rent this place you will get a manual (which scared some people in my group) but as long as you RESPECT the place just like you respect your own house, I promise you that your vacation will be very memorable!

Renter Comments: Owners have thought of everything to make Sea Forevermore comfortable and convenient for large multi-generational groups. Everything in this home is top of the line, comfortable and practical for a smooth and satisfying Outer Banks beach vacation. We especially appreciated all the comfortable seating, inviting all to sit and relax with good company both indoors and out. (I am thinking I may need to get an Italian leather seating group for my home!) The pool and adjacent hot tub were so inviting and offered afternoon shade for the small ones such that our whole group spent many lazy afternoon hours hanging from pool to hot tub. The beach at Whalehead is amazing...wide, white, uncrowded sandy beach that you will never want to leave! You don't even have to walk to the beach to see the sunrise as it is perfect from the deck! Our multi- generational group especially enjoyed being able to walk to shops for bagels, donuts, ice cream, shopping and restaurants, especially great for tweenagers and babies in strollers, (not to mention Grandmas and Grandpas!) We have been renting various homes on Outer banks for 26 years and our whole group agrees Sea Forevermore was the best home yet! Hope to be back next year!

Renter Comments: We rented Forevermore for a family reunion...19 adults and 10 children under the age of 9. There was plenty of room for us all. With the variety of spaces, everyone could join a group and chat, play with the kids, play board games or curl up and read a book in a quiet corner. We are a family that does not go out to eat so we were especially pleased with the kitchen amenities and the availability of the extra kitchen on the main floor. We used it all the time for prep work and for feeding the kids. Also, the kids loved having their own space on the bottom level. They watched videos and played pool and even organized a talent show to surprise us. The pool area afforded us the opportunity to easily watch the kids from comfortable lounge chairs or the hot tub. We did have one handicapped person with us so the elevator was a must. At first we thought the walk over the dune might be too daunting, but it actually was ok. Some of us walked out to the road, down the street and used the boardwalk to the beach. It took no more than 10 minutes and was an easy walk. Access to the beach was one of our main concerns so we were pleasantly surprised at the ease. I have rented at OBX at least 20 times since the mid-nineties and can honestly say this is the best house I have stayed in. I had never rented directly from an owner before, and I think this made a huge difference. The owners are truly owners. They care about their house and the people who stay there. They will go above and beyond to make sure their renters have a comfortable stay. I hope we can rent this house again...now we just need someone to plan the next reunion!

Owner Response: It makes us feel so good when renters appreciate our efforts as owners in working with our guests to make arranging their vacation as enjoyable and smooth as possible. She points out some unique items. The family suite's kitchenette, with its own sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, countertop seating, microwave and hot plates, can be used in a variety of ways. The elevator and large spaces mean that our home can accommodate ages 1 to 81+. For things to do, we provide board games, pool toys, beach towels, video games, board games, boogie boards, and much more. We hope Pam finds that member of her family to plan the next vacation, and Sea Forevermore again!

Renter Comments: There are many things about Sea Forevermore that made our 22 member family beach reunion so memorable. Several of our group traveled through the night to avoid traffic and to travel with little ones while they slept. When they arrived at Sea Forevermore around 10:00AM even though check in isn't until 4:00PM, they were permitted to park on the premises, use the outside shower to change and go to the beach or swim in the pool. When we checked in the house was clean, beds were made, and everything was in order for us to begin our vacation. Sea Forevermore has many bedroom suites allowing each family its own space and comfort. During the course of the week, everyone enjoyed the hot tubs, the pool, the pool table, corn hole, fishing, the beach, games, and the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked for the big family meals we cooked almost every evening. Amazing, wonderful memories were made! Thanks, Jim and Lisa, for your attention to detail. We wish we were still there!

Hot tubs (2) were a plus as well as the pool room/ game room with movie size T.V., all first class. This was one of the best family vacations we have had. The elevator was really convenient for us old timers and the toys for the grand kids were awesome. Nothing was overlooked. Everything was quality from appliances to sheets and towels. Renter Comments: To all who may think that Sea Forevermore will be anything but comforting and accommodating should definitely rent it. U will see that the safe, thoughtlessness of peace and tranquility will have you doing things involuntarily like agreeing to do instead of no, like smiling and wholeheartedly laughing and absorbing the energy of a child's laughter and antics. I initially rented the place for a girls retreat. The week before all 4 girls said I have to work. Well I didn't even try to find any replacement I went alone. I was there in offseason the natives were very helpful and patience. Smiles greater me everywhere I went. Everywhere. The house :well to be standing in its great room would calm all fears of any doubt ,that the fireplace is the cutest and warmest in February, the tub was cozy and the view from every window was memorable, the fact that they had over two car loads of toys and things u just didn't need to pack was amazing. I stayed 6 days the weather at home was getting dangerous and more snow was coming, and I was driving a car, so I kissed my home away from home good bye. Recommend yes wholeheartedly. The owner and his wife were there when I arrived and pleasantly pleasing as gracious givers could be. So before u pack to come call the owner and find out how much u can actually leave at home because other than clothes and food I needed nothing else. 6 days of solitude and comfort was worth every cent I saved by going there over a stay at a hotel, bed and breakfast, or motel. Owner Response: This was our first renter of 2014! We were down at our other home, Sea Forever, making improvements, when she showed up a day early for fear that the weather would hold her up. But she was lucky. She asked about places to stay the night before check-in the next day. As fate would have it, the Sea Forevermore's work had already been 90% finished, and so we had the flexibility for her to check in early. That is a benefit of dealing with the owner directly rather than just a management company, as we can afford to be flexible, (whenever possible), with guests who will respect and protect our home. And this renter was a first for us! She was so pleased, she took the time and expense to leave us a great parting gift!!

Renter Comments: My family and I recently stayed at Sea Forevermore for a week over Christmas Vacation. There was 17 of us ranging in ages from 71 years old - 9 months. The house was exactly as the ad describes it and probably equipped with even more than is listed. There was more than enough space for the 4 families we had. The older kids loved having their own queen bedrooms and bathrooms and we really enjoyed having the family suite to share with our 9 month old baby. It was so convenient to have the kitchenette in the family suite to keep baby food, bottles, formula etc separate from the rest of the food. We all agreed that the beds at Sea Forevermore were all very comfortable. The home was clean and as I said, very well equipped with appliances, utensils, laundry supplies and more. We had 8 kids in our group and they really enjoyed using the rec room amenities with the pool table, Xbox, big screen tv for movies and the game table for cards. As an extra bonus, they were able to enjoy the pool many times even with the cooler temps thanks to the new pool heater. Jim was very helpful before, during and after our stay there. He and his wife were even there on our first night to greet us but unfortunately, due to our delayed flight, we missed them but my brother said they were very kind and helpful. We were there at the end of the season for many of the businesses but found plenty to do. We particularly enjoyed the North Banks Restaurant and Raw Bar located very close to the house in the TimBuk II plaza. The service there was excellent both times we went and the food was fabulous. What a fun and delicious little find! It would be fun to see the area during the peak season, but even in the off season, it was beautiful. We would recommend Sea Forevermore for your visit to the OBX. Thanks Jim and Lisa!!

Renter Comments: I can’t tell you how much fun my party and I had on this great adventure. We went during the time of the year where it wasn't congested and it was one of the best times ever. Yes it was a little chiller than normal but we made due. We used both hot tubs every day of the trip which worked great and were cleaned during the middle of the trip as with the pool. The pool was a little cold but with the new heater, it was perfect. The view from the top deck hot tub was unimaginable. You can see miles out to the ocean or see the gorgeous view of corolla. We took advantage of the elevator when we got there and throughout the whole vacation. It was very convenient for luggage and from going to the top floor to first. At night and day we took bike rides for hours to look at the great scenery of corolla, I think we barely used our car because everything was so close. Everything at the house worked perfect, I used the grill on numerous nights and the 70' TV was great on the rainy nights or if we just wanted to stay in to relax. The house was fully stocked on whatever you need and was very clean. James was very responsive to my emails, request, and was very friendly. If you want convenience of everything around you and a great place to stay, look no further this is the house for you. Thank you again James for this great adventure.

Renter Comments: If you are looking for a house that is a "home" and large enough to accommodate several families, then this is the house you are looking for! This home has everything- you can bring your clothes & your food and the rest is provided for you! The owners have thought of everything!!!! The furnishings, including towels and linens, were of high quality, and beautiful and peaceful colors. The house is very spacious, including closets in every room. Every room has a "smart TV" which was awesome for the group we had. Netflix was loved by our group! The views from the back of the house were incredible and the hot tubs were used and enjoyed every day! Our group consisted of 4 special needs "adults" and I can tell you that they loved every minute of being there. From the TV's, to the decks, to the elevator, games & movies that were provided, the pool to the pool table- there was something for everyone! We could not have asked for a better "home" to spend our week together. It was truly like being "home" because the house is so wonderfully furnished and everything is there for you! The owners were wonderful to work with and very accommodating of our group & our needs. Although you will want to get out and shop & enjoy the area, the beds are so comfortable; you may not want to leave them! I am already in the process of ordering the pillows that were there- first time in years I didn't wake up with a crick in my neck! I have stayed at other beach homes before, but I can say that this outdid all others. We are already looking at our calendar to pick our week(s) for next year!!! Thank you so much for your TLC and wonderful touches throughout the house! We can't wait to return. The location is perfect and close to shopping, the beach, groceries, and anything else you might want. Be sure to check out Duck Donuts!!!! The most awesome donuts ever!!!! And very close to Sea Forevermore...You will not find a cleaner, more delightful home to stay in while you enjoy the beautiful beach! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the home as well as about the owners! It was truly a wonderful vacation experience! Can't wait for the spring/summer!

Owner Response: These were "special" renters in so many ways. We ask that renters treat our beach home like family, and many times our working with them causes us to start thinking of them as family. We were truly touched to hear stories of how happy their experiences at the beach were, and so appreciative of the work and effort we put in to provide amenities that will make our guests' stay the best it can be. This was also the first rental group with a wheelchair to use Sea Forevermore's facilities, including our new elevator, the roll in shower, and the new swimming pool heater we just installed. We are so glad that we passed the test, and received really good suggestions from this group on how to make it even better. One of the benefits of booking with us is that you are dealing directly with us as owners, and are not dealing with a cold or uncaring management company. If there are special concerns you have in your group, or things you would like to see or have during your stay, we would love to accommodate you. We have implemented many of these "wishes" over the years, with great success in pleasing our later guests. Guests feel free to call us at any time they have a question or concern. And as this is our HOME, who is staying is often times more important than the rate. We look forward to seeing this great group back again next year, and are hoping in fact that that they will Sea Forevermore!!!

Renter Comments: I'm writing this review because I feel that it is something that potential clients should know. I actually talked to the owners of the property this week. We tried to work a last minute date out for us to stay, but due to the schedule conflicts it just didn't work out. Our fault not the owners fault. Knowing that we had three young children and we were running out of time to take a summer vacation. The owners of the property did everything they could to make this happen. Even to the point with allowing us to stay with them for a night so that our kids did not have to wake up in a hotel. Which would have made things very crazy for us. I would like to thank the owners of the property for doing everything they could to accommodate us. I'm just sorry our schedule would not allow it to work. Being a family that travels a lot I will definitely be booking a vacation in the near future with these good hearted people. Oh and by the way the properties are absolutely gorgeous.

Renter Comments: This is the 3rd year in a row that I have rented from the Towarnicky family and the first year staying at Sea Forevermore. As a seasoned traveler and renter of vacation homes, I can assure that you will not find a more perfect home or set of owners to rent from. Although the pictures on the face book page show each room in this home, they cannot capture just how BIG Sea Forevermore is. There were 24 of us staying within its walls and there wasn't one time where someone was looking for a place to eat, sit or sleep. After long days at the beach and mad dashes to get all showered, we never ran out of hot water. I cooked for 24 people every single night and there were plenty of pots, bowls and room to prepare all of the food. We never felt crammed in this house and never once were on top of each other. Each family had their own privacy and bathroom. The views from the balconies are top notch! Our first day on our trip we watched dolphins jump out of the water and had 4 deer eating the grasses behind the house. So peaceful and beautiful! I must say, the best part of the Towarnicky's homes are the owners themselves. They have provided everything you would need to have an enjoyable trip to the beach. There is no need pack boogie boards, towels, bikes, sand toys etc... Pack a suitcase and hit the road, the extras are waiting for you at the beach house. Here are some other things that you won't get at another rental that you will get at Sea Forevermore: baggies, garbage bags, spices, coffee, toilet paper, cleaning products, band aids, crockpots, laundry soap and fabric softener. From the instant you set foot in the house, you are home. The only trip to Food Lion you need is for food. Trust Jim and Lisa to make your vacation fantastic- they will. I will never rent from another owner in the Outer Banks again. Make sure you set the dates of your next trip before you leave the island and let Jim know. I just contacted him and the two weeks I was interested in are already booked! I got home yesterday from the beach house... Once word gets out about their homes, they will book up fast. Sea Forever & Sea Forevermore are the only two homes in the Outer Banks you and your family will ever need. P.S. For families looking for an affordable fishing trip: The Crystal Dawn fishing boat, Manteo NC. Caught fish, crabs & even a HUGE stingray! Dolphins right next to the boat and spraying us with water. Really a lot of fun.

Owner Response: Kelly and her family are perfect renters. They left our home for the cleaning crew in as good as, or better shape, than when they arrived (linens, etc. excepted), even with 24 of them in the group, including young children. We get a real kick out of her family's enjoyment, (one of her kids calls it "HIS beach house"). As this is our HOME, whom we rent to is most important. We feel bad that the weeks she wanted in 2014 had already been rented (this is the earliest year ever that renters have been leasing in advance). But we provide substantial monetary discounts to great renters like Kelly who return to make our home part of their tradition, and so hope to make it up to her that way. Come and Sea [Forevermore] for yourselves!

Renter Comments: There is no need to worry about feeling crowded in this home - we had a group of 20 staying at Sea Forevermore and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautiful - just as the pictures portray it. You don't need to pack anything other than food and clothing for your stay at the beach! The house has every amenity you could imagine - pool/beach toys, boogey boards, skim boards, beach towels, games, DVDs and the boys LOVED the video game selection. Having both a Wii and the Xbox made for a week of relaxation for everyone. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the best part was every cabinet and drawer was labeled which was so helpful. Having two full-size refrigerators and dishwashers on the main level was also a great convenience. The kids enjoyed having the full-size fridge in the game room as well. The property had bikes for almost everyone and they were put to good use. The location of the house couldn't be any more convenient - it was directly across from the beach access and just a short walk from the grocery store and shops. It is close to a variety of restaurants - sure to please even the pickiest eaters (I know)! The owners, Jim and Lisa, were very attentive to all our needs and we were fortunate enough to get to meet Lisa who was as nice as could be. She talked about the future plans for the home and once those plans are complete, it will be even more of a treasure! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Corolla, you don't have to look any further - you can Sea Forevermore right here! Enjoy your trip.

Owner Response: Dawn, the person we dealt with, we understand is a hard working professional woman trying to get quality vacation time in OBX. We were so pleased that Sea Forevermore met her and her group's standards and taste, and her group (even though as large as 20) left our home in better shape than expected. We think that Sea Forevermore strikes a perfect balance for the varying preferences of large groups: There are 9 BR, including a family suite for special occasions or situations [such as weddings, 50th anniversaries, or young couples with infant/toddler children], but 5,000 square feet, so you're group is together, but not on top of each other. While not oceanfront, it is only 250 feet to the beach [see the picture of the crossover the dune from our back deck], and not being right on the water means it is still situated in walk-able/bike able distance to shopping, restaurants, and amusements (so that there is more to entertain than just going to the beach, or always having to drive somewhere), yet it is at affordable family prices. We hope your group can also Sea Forevermore!

Renter Comments: We only have wonderful things to say about our stay at Sea Forevermore! From the beginning of our stay (with our group of 13 people) to the end of the weekend, we had a blast! The house is breathtaking all around: decorated with modern, beautiful furniture, and other amenities such as a fabulous kitchen, swimming pool, pool toys, beach towels, 2 hot tubs (one on the highest level of the house; incredible views!), multiple grills, bicycles and helmets, large flat screen TVs (also in bedrooms), a game room with a pool table, board games, movies, X-Box and Wii (with video games), billiards table/darts, an elevator, 2 full-sized washer/dryer units, coolers for the beach, and much, much more! Because the owner (Jim) and his family use this house as their own vacation home as well, the house is equipped with more than you can imagine (most notably the kitchen: all you need to bring are your own food and beverages, leave the rest at home)! The sheets and bath towels in the bedrooms are made from luxurious Egyptian cotton, and the beds are incredibly comfortable as well. The house is quite spacious, and perfect for families with kids/teenagers, groups of friends, individuals with disabilities (as aforementioned, the house is equipped with an elevator), and everyone! It is extremely conveniently located to the beach, shopping, dining (fantastic seafood less than a mile away!), and grocery facilities in the area. The area is very safe, and there are several neighbors by the house as well. Jim is also very flexible and communicative, and ensured that we had such a wonderful stay. Just pack your clothes, toiletries, and any food/drinks: leave the rest behind for your stay at this beautiful home! With very reasonable rates and amenities you will not find anywhere else, I strongly recommend Sea Forevermore for your vacation stay in the Outer Banks!

Renter Comments: Sea Forevermore is a tremendous rental property. The host family has done a spectacular job refurbishing with the latest and greatest of everything. Renters are wanting for nothing. The beds, bedding, towels and furnishings are all luxurious. The kitchens are well equipped for any culinary occasion. There is no need to bring anything but food, swim suits, toiletries and sun lotion. All the rooms are spotless and pleasantly decorated. This spacious house is ideally situated three rows back from oceanfront providing clear views of the ocean from the expansive decking. A very short trek over the sand dune or boardwalk gets you to the beautiful beach. We noticed that due to the limited housing in the surrounding area the beach was visibly not as populated as other adjacent communities. This was much appreciated. Additionally, proximity to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and other amenities meant that more time could be spent at the beach, in the pool or hot tubs. This is truly a great location. Future plans to upgrade the pool and landscaping will only further enhance this already wonderful vacation home. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and genuinely cared about our experience. They were a pleasure to work with. We recommend very highly and hope you, too, can Sea Forevermore. Other things we recommend: Duck Donuts; Corolla Light Oceanfront Grille (upscale dinning – best crab cakes ever); 4 Wheel Jeep excursion to see the wild ponies (and osprey); Sunsets from the Village of Duck boardwalk.

Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Owner Response: These renters were the very first to occupy Sea Forevermore! We could not have requested a better group to be our first guests. These guests appreciated that everything at Sea Forevermore is new, and left our home in great condition. Unlike other rental homes in our area run by management companies, we are willing to take the risk in providing our guests the luxury items and extras (rather than the cheapest and the disposable), to help make their vacation special. We trust that our guests will respect and appreciate the difference. Things like superior beds; Egyptian cotton linens instead of industrial-scratchy grade ones; fine leather and upholstery furniture; a hand-painted imported china set for 24; a new elevator; a TV in every room with a full cable package; thousands of dollars of solid-wood deck furniture; wall art; a game bar; even little things or items for you to save time or effort in not having to bring yourself, like two pillows per person, bikes, sand toys, board and video games, spices in the kitchen, and boogie boards. We prefer to work with our guests, such as these, to take those extra steps, and they in turn show their appreciation with respect for our home. Such communication also helps allow us to get suggestions on improvements, which we have already acted on. Therefore, whom we rent to is oftentimes more important than the rate. If you are that type of person, and want a relaxing/ "no worries" vacation as much as possible, we would love to work with you to help your group "Sea Forevermore!"
