Beautiful, well maintained, pet friendly beach house is the perfect setting for family and friends to relax and enjoy each others company. Plenty of room for large groups to spread out with separate gathering areas on each floor. The home is equipped with keyless entry. No standing in line to check-in or sharing keys. Just go directly to the house, use your secure code, and begin your vacation. Private pool (36' x 14') and hot tub with large pool deck to accommodate large groups. Grill is located just outside pool area. Direct access to bathroom from pool area. Rec room with refrigerator, sink, and microwave are steps from the pool area.

Located in the community of Villages at Ocean Hill with the best amenities in the Outer Banks! There is a community oceanfront pool with snack bar/restrooms/covered picnic area, a lakeside pool with restrooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, sports court, full basketball court, and children's playground.

50" flatscreen in great room, 32" flatscreen in TV room, blu-ray disc players, hard anodized cookware, upscale bedding.

Upper level has a large great room and large dining area with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. Seats 18 for dining. Large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. King master suite with access to top level deck. Top floor also has a powder room.

Middle level has a TV room/library and 3 king master suites (2 have access to the mid-level deck).

Lower level has a twin master suite, a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4) and a bedroom with 1 bunk (sleeps 2). The bunk rooms share a bath located between the bedrooms. There is also a laundry room and rec room with pool table, sofa, TV, and wet bar. Compact refrigerator and sink are convenient to pool area.

It's an easy 5 minute walk (300 yds) from beachfront. Walk to shops, restaurants, nature trail, Currituck Lighthouse, and Corolla Historic Village on a paved walkway. The Corolla paved walkway extends several miles - great for walking, jogging, or biking!

Area Information
The beach house is located within a wild horse preserve in Corolla. Take a tour of the outback to find wild horses or you may see some wandering the beach. It is one half mile from the 4 wheel drive beach and within sight of the Currituck Lighthouse. Watch for horses and deer from the upper deck. Just a short walk to a boardwalk nature trail that leads to the Currituck Sound. Short walk to Historic Corolla Village with unique shops, a great North Carolina Bar-B-Q stand, and Currituck Lighthouse. Shopping and restaurants located within an easy walk. The community offers an oceanfront pool with snack bar/restrooms/covered picnic area (in addition to the private pool), a lakeside pool with restrooms, full basketball court, tennis courts, sports court, children's playground, and a state-of-the-art fitness center (additional charge for fitness center). It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach on a private road with little or no traffic.
