It is ideally located equal walking distance to Corona Del Mar beach and the village. When you walk through the front door of this cottage you are greeted by high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas powered fireplace, comfortable furniture and a wide-screen TV all brought together with classic beachy style décor.

Once you step into the living room, directly to your right through two glass doors is a simple yet elegant sitting room. It contains another couch where one could gather for a nice glass of wine and conversation.

The kitchen and dining room area are a single open space that is well lit by large glass French doors that open out onto the spacious patio. It has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, granite counter tops with comfortable seating. The outdoor patio is fully furnished and includes a BBQ grill.

The first bedroom is quaint but comfortable with two twin beds and small open closet in the corner. The wall facing the inner courtyard is covered in two large windows which allow for massive amounts of sunlight and cool breezes to enter the room. Directly across the hallway is full bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk in shower.

The second bedroom is comfortably equipped with a queen sized bed and sitting chair that is perfect for taking a seat and reading your favorite book in. It is complete with its own bathroom that is beautifully done with white granite counter tops and a porcelain tiled walk in shower.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with white vaulted ceilings, a large window, hanging chandelier and a comfy sitting chair next to the bed. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink with a bathtub and shower.

The front unit has 2 comfortable and cozy rooms that will provide a good night rest.

This vacation home is conveniently located in the quiet residential community of Corona Del Mar Village with all of its quaint shops and charming cafe’s. When you are done shopping and dining in the village you are also conveniently located just a couple of blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean shoreline and Catalina Island. Just minutes away is world-class shopping and dining at Fashion Island featuring Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Ave., Nordstroms, The Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, and many other first-class experiences.

Balboa Island is just a short 5-minute drive away to the north, Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach is a short drive or bike ride to the south.
