Description of the Corpus Christi vacation condo rental
Two bedroom, 1.5 bath waterfront condo on channel, not a high rise. Condo has an outdoor patio with boat dock with adjacent neighbor. View the water from the patio, living room, master bedroom and two decks. An outdoorsman's dream - coastal vacation - convenient to town, all in one.

Keep your boat in the water at the dock out back (within 5 feet of the back patio) or just enjoy the coastal environment. You and the kids can fish off the pier under the lights at night. Take a kayak adventure on the surrounding coastal flats area where fishing and birding can be very productive. Surfing, windsurfing , bird watching, migratory waterfowl hunting, and water skiing are also regular outdoor opportunities in the laguna. There is a pool shared by the residents of condo complex for an afternoon freshwater swim. Drive to the beach at the Packery Channel Jetties, national seashore or to the Bob Hall Pier in a few minutes. Padre Isles Country Club and Golf club is nearby. There are many restaurants and bars in the area also.
The meetings and gatherings and a variety of functions can be held at the pool area by guests.
Grill your catch, steaks or burgers by the waters edge. Our dining room table easily seats six or more and the large table on patio seats 6 plus . The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator with freezer and an oven/stove. There is a dishwasher and all the cooking and eating utensils.

Relax in the living room and watch the HDTV or read a book. Enjoy the sunset from the kitchen table, recliners, or decks. Walk out onto the deck for evening views of the sunsets.

There is a King-size bed in the master bedroom with views of the water from the sliding glass door. A double bottom and top bunk bed in the front bedroom. Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bedrooms and living room each have a walkout deck area with sliding glass door access.

There are well maintained washers and dryers on site. There is a parking area to store your boat trailer or extra vehicle. Fish cleaning station with freshwater washdown at the waters edge.

The Packery Channel provides an open waterway pass for boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The jetties are a great fishing spot to target Tarpon, Snook, King and Spanish Mackerel and the ever-popular Redfish...plus the beach is right there for strolling with the family when you aren't fishing.

Drive to the Gulf of Mexico beach in minutes and the marina is within walking distance. Port Aransas is a 30-minute drive north on the island via 361. The National Seashore Park is a 20-minute drive south via P22 on Padre Island.

Area Information
condo is located on the north end directly fronting the Laguna Madre. It is super convenient to all of the local attractions including fishing the channels and flats by kayak or boat. Tender your craft right out the back at the dock. Bird watching and Duck hunting in the winter months is excellent. It's 2.7 miles to the beach (Gulf of Mexico). 3 miles to the Packery Jetties (which extend out into the gulf and provide an excellent fishing platform). There are a number of parks and put ins for kayaks nearby such as Fish Pass, Packery park, Wilson's cut, Padre Island National Seashore. The Padre Island National Seashore (PINS) is 16 miles and has miles of remote beaches and dunes to explore. There are a number of restaurants and bars within a mile of the condo. Snoopy's Pier - serves fresh grilled and fried seafood with a unique atmosphere and is 2 miles by car or less than 1 mile via boat or kayak (cash only). Padre Island Burger Co - Good burgers! decent drink specials and is 1.4 miles.
