This cottage is located in the village of Corwen, near Llangollen, and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.Cae Gwyn is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Corwen, Denbighshire. Hosting four bedrooms; a double, two twins, and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, utility, sitting room with a woodburner, second sitting room, and a games room. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed garden. Resting in a delightful setting with rural views, Cae Gwyn is a homely cottage in a memorable part of Wales.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV with access to iPlayer, Netflix and Freesat, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate. Off-road parking for two cars, one in the parking area by the main entrance, a second car can be parked at the side of the road in front of the garage next to the parking area. Please note: We do ask that guests take care not to obstruct the gated field entrance, which is in regular use by a local farmer. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Areas of the garden have restricted access. Note: The twin room on the 3rd floor is accessed via a steep, narrow staircase and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Set in the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area is the North Wales market town of Corwen. Boasting local amenities including a butchers, greengrocers, bakeries and a selection of pubs, cafe's, restaurants and a leisure centre. For scenic views, a journey on the Llangollen Heritage Steam Railway is a great choice. The historical town of Ruthin and the town of Bala, with its celebrated lake and watersports, are also close by.
