Da Nance is a four bedroom detached house located in the village of Crantock and can sleep eight people.Da Nance is a four bedroom detached house ideally designed for family holiday living. Newly built in 2014, its spacious and light filled layout makes for easy, safe, fun living; and with the added bonus of a fully enclosed garden, children are free to explore leaving the parents to kick back and relax!

Due to its central location, Da Nance will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

Step inside the property and you'll find a comfortable open plan sitting area with a painted and characterful wooden floor. Leading on from the sitting room is a conservatory/dining room that includes a table seating eight, ideal for family meal times, and two sets of french doors to provide access to the garden.

Opening on from the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully fitted and very well equipped - perfect for a self-catering holiday.

Heading up to the first floor you will find three beautifully styled bedrooms that are lovely and light, along with a family bathroom including bath and over-bath shower.

On the top floor is the beautiful light and bright mater bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Da Nance is the ideal base for family holidays in Crantock.

Amenities: Central heating. Kitchen dishwasher, two single built in ovens, hob, large free standing fridge/freezer, washing Machine with outside line for drying, WiFi, flat screen TV, FreeSat, DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Private parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Fixed cot provided. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, additionally, each guest is provided with a bath and hand towel, guests must provide their own beach towels. Please note: Check in starts from 16:00pm on day of arrival and check out is 10:00am on day of departure. Please note: No stag/ hen parties or similar. Note: There is a £40 charge per pet.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
