You can choose to relax in the enclosed sunny garden during the summer or maybe curling up by the log burner with a loved one during the winter months. Either way, this immaculately finished cottage is perfect for it.

The property sleeps 2 with a super-king bed in the bedroom. The living area is open-plan, with two large sofas and a large screen TV, it is a great place to unwind after a long day. Directly outside the property, you have access to a fully enclosed garden area with patio and seating area, barbeque and storage space.

Located centrally to Crantock, Lavender Barn is an ideal choice for those who would like to be in walking distance to the village. Just a short drive from the surrounding areas in Cornwall, it's an ideal hub for those looking to explore the area.

For beach lovers, Lavender Barn is close to the golden sands of Crantock Beach. A dog-friendly beach, it's a great destination for those traveling away with their pets. Lavender Barn also provides an enclosed garden where two well behaved small dogs are free to roam around.

Amenities: Oil fired central heating with logburner. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, HD TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own beach towels. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden (accessed at the side of property and not through the house) with barbecue, raised decking and furniture. Two well-behaved small dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking at the barn or on-site. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Even though mainly on the ground floor, there are 3 steps between the hallway, bathroom and bedroom. There is a charge of £40 per pet at this property. No stag/ hen or similar. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100. Please be aware that guests who bring dogs and do not clean up in the house or garden after them will forfeit their bond.

Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
