Modern new build in Crantock. Close to amenities. Seaside. WIFI. Garden with BBQ.Number 10 is a modern, recently built, semi-detached house on outskirts of Crantock within a fifteen-minute walk to Crantock Beach.

The house offers modern living at its best with a large L shaped open plan living space with oak wooden flooring, a downstairs cloakroom, three large bedrooms (one en-suite) and a lovely, bright and modern bathroom with plenty of storage.

The house is heated and ventilated by air source heat pump. The garden has a Southerly aspect and is ideal for enjoying the sun all day. However, if a winter break is more what you are looking for, the log burner in the sitting area is perfect for curling up in front of - adding a real cosiness to the house.

Number 10 is an ideal house for active guests. There is plenty of room in the garden to store surf boards or bicycles - just come in through the side gate. The house has 3 bedrooms and is designed to cater for four people - ideal for a family with children over the age of 5 or for older children who prefer not to share a bedroom.

Due to its great location, Number 10 will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is also just a short drive or walk from Number 10, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

To the rear of Number 10 is an enclosed patio and garden area overlooking farmland, providing the ideal spot for relaxation.

Flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD, WIFI, Radio with iPod dock. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent (beach towels are not provided). Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio and garden with BBQ and chair and table for 4. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 min walk. Beach 10-15 minute walk. Note: The check in time for this property is 4pm. Note: No Stag/hen or similar. Two steps down into the garden (onto small patio) from sitting room, access through doors and on into the garden.

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
