A cosy cottage sleeping five, Crantock view is beutifully finished property overlooking Crantock Village.Crantock View is one of six cottages in a row at the entry to, above and overlooking, Crantock village.

This cosy cottage sleeps five adults with room for one child on a roll-under bed and also space for a travel cot. This self-catering cottage has been beautifully finished with cleverly coordinated soft furnishings enhancing its family efficient layout. The entire cottage exudes quality and comfort whilst having a lovely bright, warm and welcoming feel offering something for everyone.

With a large garden overlooking Crantock, the property provides a perfect space to enjoy a BBQ within the seated area. The property is also dog-friendly, and with being close to the village of Crantock, it's only a short walk away to the dog-friendly beach of Crantock.

Crantock View is also perfectly located for those wishing to explore the attractions of the village, close to pubs, the church of St Carantoc and other local amenities it is the ideal hub for a family getaway or a jaunt with friends.

Amenities: LPG fired central heating by radiators to every room and open fire in the living room. Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fully fitted/well equipped kitchen with hob, fitted oven, dishwasher and looks over rear garden - washing machine and drier are also available. Cot and high chair available. Two well behaved pets welcome. Separate enclosed garden to the rear, access over small path from decked patio with views from garden over Crantock. Parking for 1 car. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - however, guests must provide their own beach towels. Central location & close to beach. Fuel and power included in rent. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 5 adults and one child under 12. Note: Check-in is from 4pm. Note: There is a £40 charge per pet. Note: Sorry, no hen, stag parties or similar. From December 2019 there will be extensive building works taking place at the rear of the property past the garden wall in the fields, new properties are being built. This will cause a noise and visual impact any queries relating to this, please contact the office.

Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
