“Peaceful retreat!”

Reviewed 29 Jul 2013

My family and our family pet enjoyed this lovely lakefront home. We felt safe and comfortable and had plenty of room. This neighborhood was lovely and we had invited from the surrounding neighbors. Our dog even had a play date! It was everything we expected!

“Nice House, Too Many Rules”

Reviewed 2 Jun 2009

This is a beautiful house in a great location - the interior is spacious and well decorated, and it's right on the lake. The only downside is the huge list of rules that the owner provides (literally dozens of them) that stopped us from feeling totally comfortable and at home. Still, overall it's a lovely place to spend a weekend.

“comfortable house, peaceful location”

Reviewed 15 Oct 2007

Our family (6 adults and one toddler) had a lovely time at the house. It is well preserved and reminiscent of an earlier, more gracious decade--the 20's. The house is well-equipped, was spotlessly clean and had a porch that was extraordinary--we ate all of our meals there. An excellent spot for a family to spend lazy days together.
