Inside, you will find three bedrooms, comprising of a queen-size double with a cot bed, a king-size double and a standard double. There is also a family bathroom, complete with a bath, a walk-in power shower, basin and WC and a ground floor WC and basin. On the ground floor, you will also find a sitting room with a woodburning fire, a dining room and a kitchen. Additional rooms include a conservatory area, complete with seating. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and a spacious front and rear garden. Rye Brows is an outstanding property within a charming location.

Amenities: The heating is oil fired and there is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor with woodburning stove. From August 2021, this property will no longer accept pets, all existing pet bookings will be honored. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub, cafe/restaurant within a 5-minute walk and shop within 4 miles. Local walks in the Pennines, along the river Eden and in local woods, maps provided at the property. 2 minute walk to recreation fields with children's play equipment, free tennis courts and cricket pitch. Tennis rackets, rounders bat, cricket bat, croquet set and balls provided at the property. Fairy doors, woodland walks and herb garden 5 mins drive/30 mins walk. Bank House equestrian center with hourly, half day and day trekking 20 minute drive. 10 minute drive to outdoor swimming pool at Hunsonby or Lazonby 30 minutes. Fly Fishing for trout at Blencarn lake, 5 minutes drive. Canoeing, sailing and paddle boarding - all available on Ullswater, 30 minute drive. Go Ape at Whinlatter, 30 minute drive. 5 minutes from Whinfell Centre Parks. Nearest station is Langwathby (3 miles). Climbing walls at Penrith, Kendal and Keswick and a bouldering wall in Carlisle.
