Our inviting Home features: Four beautifully decorated rooms to sleep Eight People,

It just NEEDS You! Come enjoy its many features especially our "Theme Bedrooms". (Jungle Room - 2 twin beds; Disney Room - Full Size; Queen Suite - Floral Paradise; and our King Suite - Tropical Paradise)

You will immediately feel at home with the warm inviting entrance into our formal formal Living/Dining combination room. Also included in your stay is our totally enclosed beautiful Inground Pool/Spa w/Lenai covered Patio, with BBQ. Then continue into the Heart of our Home, the fully outfitted eat-in kitchen with Breakfast Bar so that you can save some money for souvenir shopping. To the left are the Family bath, Twin & Full Bedrooms and the Queen Master Suite. Straight ahead the Family Room (just recently re-decorated) with sliding doors out to the Patio/Pool area. Just to the Left of the Sliders is the King Master Suite, with Sliders as well and a door to the Patio from the Master Bath.

We provide all linens, shower/pool towels.

Just off Route 27 and minutes from I-4 you can find all your favorite Restaurants, Stores and Lots of Places to Visit.

Restaurants just to name a few: Cracker Barrell, Denny's, Perkins, Japenese and Chinese Restaurants as well as Burger King, McDonalds, Pizza Hut; covering a wide variety of tastes. WalMart, Target, Publix (the better grocery store), all located on Route 27. We recommend Egg City, Sonny's BBQ, and the Sizzlin Grill.

We are centrally located to everything. 45 Minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 1 hour from Tampa Airport. As for the Theme Parks anywhere from 15-45 minutes away. Disney Parks and Downtown, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland, Gator World and many more. Other places include Florida Naturals Orange Juice Plant (opens in Oct); lots of Flea Markets which can be VERY interesting,

You can also find several combination Dinner/Show places. The Sleuths Theater (many different shows to choose from), Capones, Arabian Nights just to name a few.

All located within 30 minutes of the house are 4 beautiful golfcourses to name just a few:
Deer Creek Golf & Tennis RV Resort - Semi-Private; Highlands Reserve GC; Highlands Reserve Golf Club: Providence GC: and Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club - Semi-Private.

Also many Parks and Recreation Areas to do just your own thing.

My family enjoyed our stay here. 16 minutes to Disney attractions. Comfortable beds, Pool was relaxing. Cold not have asked for more.

Vine drive Holiday

We rented 131 Vine Drive in 2013 and 2014. Staying at least 6 weeks each time. Enjoyed visits with our Children and Grandchildren as it is conveniently close to Orlando and theme parks. After each busy day our grandchildren enjoyed the pool . We were all able to visit and also enjoy our privacy in the suites the house provided.We had great family mealtimes and also packed lunches for their excursions..

Exquisite Disney Vacation Rental

Very impressive owner, we were treated like close family. I have visited Disney fourteen times in the past twenty five years and this home was by far our best stay. Everything was very professional when I booked the home which made our family experience smooth as silk from start to finish. When given the choice to stay in a beautiful home with your own pool, four bed rooms and three bath for less than staying on Disney "sigh me up". The house was both spacious and well furnished. The house features for TV viewing, relaxing by the pool or just reading in the front room were perfect. The kitchen, living room and family room makes this home the perfect family hideaway. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and about three miles off of I4. Next time I go to Disney I can assure you that I will be tooking this same house. Thank you Rosemary for having a beautiful home for our family to make memories.

Q: Why should I choose a Private Villa versus Motel Room(s)?
A: A privateVilla is just that. Villa's might be pricier than a motel, BUT you have the Knowledge & Security of knowing who is on the other side of that wall. Villas offer you much more like a spacious, comfortable and more relaxing atmosphere than 4 people cramped into a little room. We sleep 8 people in 5 beds. There are 5 TVs for a rainy day so you don't have to watch the same thing. So when you need ALONE time, you CAN ACTUALLY get it !
Q: What makes Smokey Blue Realty, LLCs Villa so?
A: We are in a Community setting with Cameras all around for Security. We have ADT that is guest friendly. Our warm & friendly local Property Manager will give you a code to use during your stay so that you can sleep soundly and leave the Villa knowing all is Safe and Secured.
Q: What is the BESTEST ACTIVITY nearby?
A: I REALLY cannot decide. The Villa is centrally located in Davenport, therefore we're in the Middle of EVERYTHING !!
We are within 30 minutes of, Exciting Entertainment, Relaxing Parks, Beautiful leisurely Golf Courses and ALL the Theme Parks to suit everyones NEEDS; Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, Lego Land, Gatorland, etc. AND if it's Shopping you want, my goodness, Flea Markets usually Fri thru Sun, all Kinds of Malls and local stores. Downtown Disney for Movies, Restaurants, and of course SHOPPING!
Q: What about my Dog? Can my
A: YES, We are "DOG" friendly. You can take your "DeeOgee" with you . You must keep your baby leashed at all times outdoors, plus you MUST pick-up after your baby at all times.

We do restrict our policy to adult dogs only - Fee of $150 plus tax which is nonrefundable. Tenant is required to clean up after pet, including surrounding property if necessary. Dog is not permitted in pool and/or hot tub.
Q: We Need to have a Crib/High Chair/PlayPen for our Child. Do you have one that we can Rent?
A: Of course we do. Babies are important to Smokey Blue. He was Bred and Born in front of us. So YES. Available for a small fee depending on which product you would like in the house. (Crib/Playpen - $30/week, Highchair - $20/week)
