BRAND NEW ON THE RENTAL MARKET THIS BEAUTIFUL DIRECT OCEAN-FRONT UNIT IS BREATHE TAKING.

The 2,400 square foot, beautifully decorated beach home will sleep up to 6. Almost every room provides an oceanfront or intracoastal view, which uniquely allows guests to enjoy both picturesque sunrises AND sunsets! Grand Coquina 1604 has a private balcony and is located on the 16th floor. In order to comply with complex rules, we are unfortunately only able to accept 2 week minimum rentals. Most units are occupied by owners who call Grand Coquina their primary residence.

Master bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and amazing sunrises from the Worlds Most Famous Beach. The master also has walk-in closets with a large full size bathroom, double vanity, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Located next to the master is a large living room that is fully furnished with flat screen TV and large ocean-front balcony with lots of patio furniture to enjoy not only the sunrise but the sunsets while enjoying your friends or family creating memories for a lifetime. The dining room seats six with extra bar stools overlooking a large fully stocked kitchen which also has additional dining area plenty of room for your fun family gatherings. Located off the kitchen is full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
The two guest bedroom have queen size beds and are fully furnished with beautiful furnishings and both have full size bathrooms.
This is a very relaxing high end unit with a breathtaking view. If you are planning on visiting Daytona and want to stay in luxury, you need to look no further!!!!!
Area Information
One of the most outstanding amenities at Grand Coquina is its indoor pool, so you don't have to stop swimming in the event of inclement weather! The upscale complex also has an attractive outdoor pool, a hot tub, workout rooms, and a shared barbecue grill. Grand Coquina is a secured building and needs keys for all common doors.

This condo is located in a prime location: close to grocery stores, an ABC Liquor Store across the street, and MANY restaurants in the surrounding areas. Grand Coquina is located in Daytona Shores, which is the more private end of the beach, so noise is at a minimum. The property is located 4 miles from one of Florida's nicest lighthouses. Deep-sea fishing charters also leave from that area. For race fans, this beautiful condo is conveniently located near the Daytona Speedway. Though this stunning oceanfront condo is located in Daytona Shores, the location is convenient for trips to Orlando attractions, such as Universal, Sea World, and Disney. All of which are located a short 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours away!
