TWO BEDROOM 1 1/2 BATH 3 STORY TOWNHOUSE WITH GARAGE. Three balconies, master with oceanview. Large covered backyard patio in tropical fenced, semi private back yard. Very relaxing for grilling or just relaxing after a long day. Large roomy unit fully furnished unit. 3 TV's DVD player, Free Wi-Fi and free local in state phone calls. Master has queen bed and guest room has two twins that can be converted to king. Couch downstairs could be used to sleep one. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, grill all available. Laundy on sit. Walk 3 minutes to the beach and local restaurants and niteclubs. Shopping within minutes. Close to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, numerous restaurants and nitelife.

Walk to beach, surf, swim or fish. Sunglow Pier is within site and has fishing, and Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner served 7 days a week. Also has bar and nitetime entertainment. Local seafood restaurants, fast food, miniature golf all within walking distance. Shopping and banks within a 5 minute drive. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Inlet where there are charter fishing boats, dock fishing and lots to do. Ocean Walk Shoppes and Theater are only a few minutes North on A1A. Nascar is only a short drive as well as the Volusia Mall. Orlando area attractions a 1 hour drive. This is close enought to al of the action in Daytona, but in a quieter area for relaxing when the time comes. Check it out for a great vacation.
