Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation condo rental
This is a beautifully furnished Ocean front/ Beach front condo with balconies directly overlooking the Atlantic ocean and views of the endless miles of white beaches of Daytona Beach Shores. Daytona Beach Shores is a quiet upscale oceanfront commuity located about an hours drive from Orlando Florida. The area is realtively young as compared to other Florida communities and offers a wide variety of activiites ranging from boating, water sports, to tennis, golfing and shopping.
The 2BR 2 Bath unit is fully furnished, and the master suite has a king sized bed with a full bath. The second suite has a pull out bed which will sleep two. The kitchen has a dishwasher and has all commonly used utensile and the dining room table will easily accomodate a party of 6.
There are beautiful balconies overlooking the pool and the ocean which are ideal for lounging or just taking in the spectacular views. This unit also comes with its own washer / drier set which makes like very convenient.
Also included with the rental are use of the fresh water pool, patio, gym, sauna, indoor garage, billiard rec room and more. Tennis, minature golf, biking, site seeing, shopping reasturanting are just some of the off site activities which can help kep you active, and if you really want some excitemnt the Orlando Theme parks are about an hour away.
The area has alot of brand new construction and with so many choices of activities, is considered by many to be the premier oceanfront vacation spot of central Florida.

Area Information
The Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach Shores area extends along the Atlantic coast of central Florida from the city of Daytona Beach to the north to the city of Port Orange to the south. This area is uniqe amongst many Floridian communities in that the population is well balanced between retirees and young people who seek a wide array of activities and pass-times. The quiet seaside location, the avaialability of local attractions, and its relativley close proximity to Orlando and the theme parks make it a very desirable vacation spot for people of all ages. Access to the area by car is easy since the Daytona Beach area sits right outside the intersection of Interstate Routes 4 (east-west) and 95 (north-south). The local airport is served by Delta airlines, US Air and a few other domestic and international carriers.
