DIRECT OCEANFRONT SPACIOUS 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd floor unit. Watch the sunrise from the LARGE PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY in this very comfortable condo. As soon as you walk in you will feel relaxed. This unit is a direct oceanfront unit offering a beautiful view of the beach and beach-side pool directly below from the living room and master bedroom. You can watch dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by, or just enjoy the beautiful waves. The beach is just footsteps away from the condo which is located directly on the NO DRIVE ZONE portion of Daytona beach.

The Sea Fern condominium is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River.

We also have a 3rd floor (FlipKey property #2390457) & 5th floor (FlipKey property #6878839) unit at Sea Fern.

This is not your typical small 2 bedroom condo you'll find elsewhere in Daytona Beach. This spacious condo (over 1400 sq-ft) has 2 full baths, living room, separate dining area, a full kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer. The large master suite has a Queen size bed, private full bath with walk-in shower, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the large private oceanfront balcony, for an amazing oceanfront view. The second bedroom contains two twin beds with its own full size bathroom with shower/bathtub in the hall.

The unit has a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA-BED allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate 6 people. We can also provide an additional Queen and/or twin size air mattress on request.

Our condo units are DOG FRIENDLY!! We are happy to allow our guest's canine companions to stay with them on their vacation. Up to two, well behaved, non-aggressive, housebroken dogs (1 year of age or older, no puppies) are allowed. We do not permit cats (due to family allergies) or any other pets.

We provide an ELECTRIC GRILL for your grilling pleasure on our oceanfront balcony.

We have a ROKU HDTV in the living room providing you almost unlimited streaming content at your fingertips in addition to traditional digital cable service. We provide free access to NETFLIX as well as several other streaming channels giving you access to hours of ON DEMAND entertainment when your not out enjoying the beach.

FREE LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE CALLS within the United States is provided for your benefit.

There is even FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET (WiFi), so bring your laptop computer.

Our condo includes ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME, as it is FULLY EQUIPPED with EVERYTHING you need from silverware, to linens, to beach chairs and towels.

A RESERVED COVERED PARKING SPACE is provided. There is additional parking in front of the building for your guests. The 2nd floor unit is level with the parking in front of the building and only a quick walk or ELEVATOR ride down one floor to the beach.

There is an OCEANFRONT POOL with adjacent sunning deck.

We rent weekly/monthly (Saturday to Saturday).

Check-in: 5:00pm - Check-out: 10:00am (Saturday to Saturday).

WE PROVIDE DISCOUNTS ON EXTENDED STAYS! The longer you stay with us the more you save on your Vacation! Stay 2 weeks = $50 Off your stay! Stay 3 weeks = $100 Off your stay! Our monthly (4 week) rates = $200 Off your stay! Stay 2 or more months and we will further discount our already discounted monthly rates by another $200/month.

RENTAL POLICIES:

TAX RATE (17.5%): 12.5% county tourism/state sales tax + Flipkey payment processing fee of 5% has been added to the rental total.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT: $500 (refundable within 14 days after stay if no damage). Due at time of reservation. Paid directly to the owner by Google Pay, PayPal, cashier's check, or money order. Nonrefundable if reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

PET DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Up to two, well behaved, housebroken, non-aggressive dogs (1 year of age or older, no puppies) are allowed. An additional $100 deposit per dog will be required which is refundable if no damage. No cats or other pets will be allowed.

CLEANING FEE: $125 - weekly rental; $150 - monthly rental.

PET FEE: $100 per stay (only applied to guests bringing their canine companions with them and is nonrefundable).

ADVANCE PAYMENT: Since Flipkey will not release the guest's contact information until the rent is paid in full (which is needed to complete the rental paperwork) we require full payment of the rent upfront.

CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice in writing is required for cancellation. Reservations which are canceled up to sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date are fully refundable minus a $75 processing fee and booking fee if applicable. Cancellations that are made less than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date will forfeit the full damage/reservation deposit with refund of any additional pre-paid rental amount received minus booking fee if applicable. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or are made within thirty (30) days of the Check-in date, forfeit the full advance payment, damage/reservation deposit, and any additional pre-paid rental amount receive up to the total rental cost. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

CANCELLATION FEE: Flipkey/TripAdvisor has imposed a mandatory cancellation fee for all cancellations. This applies to all properties rented through their site for any reason. Unless otherwise waived by Flipkey/TripAdvisor the renter of the property (tenant) agrees to pay the cancellation fee or reimburse the property owner the cancellation fee if the owner is charged the fee by Flipkey/TripAdvisor.

You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by, or just enjoy the beautiful waves. The no drive zone beach is only footsteps away.

The Sea Fern condominium is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River at 3807 South Atlantic ave., Daytona Beach shores.

A designated covered parking space is provided for each unit. There is additional parking in front of the building for your guests.

There is an oceanfront pool with adjacent sunning deck. The building only has 19 units ensuring that you will be able to fully enjoy them without worrying about crowds.

There is plenty to do, including golf cart, ATV, and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals. There are also jet ski rentals and parasailing at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive South. You can stroll to the local pier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or fishing. There are also numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.

Your home away from home is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. Daytona Beach Airport and Daytona Speedway are 20 minutes away. You will positively want to return year after year.

“Sea Fern Home Away From Home”

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard and Diane's condo. The condo was exactly as pictured, very comfortable and well-equipped, with an unbeatable view! It was wonderful to relax on the balcony and watch the sun rise, enjoy a cup of coffee or eat an entire meal. Beach access was fantastic and the amenities nearby were great. Richard and Diane were very prompt in their communication with us and the whole transaction was very smooth. If you're looking for a nice quiet vacation with quick access to restaurants and local attractions, we highly recommend!

We were due to check in the day after Hurricane Matthew unfortunately there was some damage so we had to hold off 1 day. The communication with the owner was great, he kept us very well informed. He was very accomodating due to the weather. The view was spectacular from our balcony. The condo was very well stocked with all the amenities from home. Very quiet and relaxing area. Short drive to main Street, stores and restaurants. Loved the beach access and the fact that it wasn't very crowded. Condo was extremely spacious and wonderfully decorated. Had one issue with a toilet not wanting to flush contacted the owner and was resolved very quickly. Loved that we were only about an hour away from Orlando and all those attractions. All the attractions of daytona beach were close by and easily accessible. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on daytona beach and wants an ocean view. I hope to be able to go back and stay again in the near future. The property made it extremely hard to go home. It totally felt like home once I was there and contemplated extending my stay an extra week.

We had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we were steps from the beach. The pool was great and very warm. It wasn't too crowded on the beach area, which we really enjoyed. The keyless look was awesome! It was so nice not having to keep up with a key the whole vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo for rental!

Hello, It was extraordinary. Daytona Beach is absolutely a fantastic place. It is a place full sun. The apartment in co-ownership is especially very pleasant, comfortable and clean and very big. The balcony is on to the sea and directly to the beach. The view is extraordinary. The sunrise is astonishing. The balcony is very big. We can eat and bask for hours. We have deckchairs and set patio to eat. The owners, Mr. and Mrs Lane absoluement charming and kind. It is the second time that we rent in this place. The beach is absoluement fantasy. We can walk for hours. The sand is as some flour and enough banged to allow the automobiles there to circulate. We can settle down with our chairs and parasols in a section of softer sand and let go ourselves in the sun. However we are in a zone where the car traffic is forbidden, thus it is very security. We are a few steps away from the quay restoring the Crab French fries. Very very good restaurant. For purchases it a very good supermarket and 2 branches of alcoholic drink ABC. The road accesses absoluement incomparable. Drawn well. In summary, I recommend this condo in all for the user convivialit, the welcome and the charm of the place.

We had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. We were located directly over the pool. Everything we needed for leisurely beach time/pool time was provided. Excellent location. We will definitely be going back.
