The tallest building in Daytona's skyline! Housing the World Famous Top of Daytona Restaurant overlooking the World Famous Daytona Beach, this condo located on the 23rd floor has views worth seeing! You won't regret making this your vacation spot this season, with the best views in the city located directly on the beach with amazing on-site amenities.Peck Plaza Condo is located in Daytona Beach Shores directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Just step off the lower deck on to the sand.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has both an ocean and inter coastal waterway view from the 23rd floor. There are only 4 units on each floor and this one has one-fourth of the floor. It is a unique round building with huge bay windows in each bedroom that is listed as one of the 3 top Wonders of Daytona.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining dressing area and bath with a new vanity. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and is designed so that privacy in both parts on the condo is assured. The large private southern balcony with table, chairs and chaise lounge overlooks both the ocean and the inter coastal waterway and receives the best sun enjoyment.The Kitchen is a fully equipped that contains all items that we have in our own home so that all we need to bring is our clothes and personal items. You can do the same and lack nothing. Peck Plaza is the tallest building in Daytona Beach, at the time of it being built it was the tallest oceanfront structure on the entire Atlantic coast. It has the largest two level sundeck on the beach, with a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis court and basketball/handball court. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables along with umbrellas as well. There are vendors along the beach offering you anything from ice cream and hot dogs to four wheelers and golf carts. After enjoying your day in the sun you can slip away and partake in the wonderful inside activities. There is a ping pong table, a pool table, exercise room, sauna and a small library for those of you who enjoy reading. Conveniently located a short distance away to two grocery stores and just minutes to the Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Water Park, the Boardwalk, and the Pier. There are concerts held at the Band shell and there are fine restaurants as well such as Bubba Gump INC., Johnny Rockets, Santora's Buffalo Pizza & Wing Est., Mai Tai Bar, and Quiznos. Enjoy a nice coffee at Starbucks or a cold ice-cream at Cold Stone Creamery.

At the end of the day, take the private owners elevator to the 'Top of Daytona' to dine with a 360 degree panoramic view of Daytona Beach. The perfect way to end a wonderful day at the beach!
