Welcome to the Sanibel Condominiums at the edge of the drive/no drive beach. A carefree oceanfront lifestyle that transcends the everyday. From the moment you enter this elegant unit you will be stepping into your own private oceanfront haven. Wake up to stunning sunrises over the Atlantic ocean while you sip your coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. Wile-away your afternoon lounging by the pool or strolling along the shore collecting seashells in the tide pools. Complete your day be relaxing with a glass of wine on your private balcony while soaking-in the magnificence of the pink sky at sunset. You can even cruise the web on the complimentary Wi-Fi. I know you will experience wonderful days during your stay. I know I do.

This unit is on the 1st Floor, but because of the building design, it is really a 2nd Floor unit. So you get an elevated view of the ocean, while having the convenience of entering without using the elevator. It also allows guests to interact with family and friends at the pool. As an added bonus, the Wi-Fi extends out to the pool area as well.

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths allow plenty of room to spread out. The Master Suite features a king-sized bed and flat screen TV. It has a lovely view of the ocean and has a private entrance to the balcony. The attached Master Bath has a huge walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The second bedroom acts as another suite with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom offers both full and twin beds, and also has a flat screen TV. The 3rd bath is located next to the 3rd bedroom and has a large walk-in shower.

The living room opens directly onto the balcony and features a beautiful, unobstructed view of the pool and ocean. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you need (including stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes/glassware/eating utensils, various spices, etc.). The unit even comes with front-load washer and dry for doing a quick load of laundry.

This is a fantastic unit that offers guests all the comforts of home with a beautiful view.

Area Information
Daytona Beach Shores (DBS) is the perfect mix of a quiet, beach community with the amenities of a large city (Daytona Beach) a short drive away. This building is within easy walking distance of the Sunglow Pier, which features Crabby Joe's restaurant (check the great reviews) and the opportunity to go fishing (fishing gear is available for rent at the pier). There are also several other unique restaurants that offer ocean and river views in the nearby area. Other things to do in the area include:
