This top (4th) floor suite layout provides privacy within to the bedroom and master bathroom. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan with a counter bar. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors of the living room open up to the new large balcony which now has an unobstructed glass railings with La-Z-Boy recliners. Linens are provided for the two double beds in the bedroom as well as the pull out couch in the living room. Towels are provided for each of the two full bathrooms as well as the beach. A pass is provided for convenience to enjoy a two piece set of cushioned lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach.

Deerfield Beach is very walkable where you can enjoy the one mile boardwalk on the beach side of the building. Walking a half block north begins the dining and restaurant options walking south you can continue to enjoy the breeze and nature of the ocean. Deerfield Beach has done an extraordinary job showcasing this jewel of a beach. Brick pavers line the ocean walk for a mile stretch. The green space of lawn between the ocean walk and the beach is truly unique lined with palm trees it provides a perfect space to relax on the lawn in the shade and enjoy the beach. Outdoor showers are provided to rinse off after a dip in the ocean or a walk along the beach. Only a short one minute walk along the beach brings you to the new pier and facilities with world class fishing.
