The complex is in "Enterprise" a quaint, country town founded in the mid 1800's.
You will love the lush tropical setting. The complex itself has been skillfully blended with its tropical park like surroundings beautiful Florida oaks draped in air plants, palms, and a never-ending variety of lush dense tropical vegetation. Lake Monroe lies across a country-like 2 lane road adjacent to the complex.
Lake Monroe is part of the St. John's River stretching 300 miles from Lake Okeechobee to Jacksonville and the Atlantic Ocean. Bring your fishing rod! There are also deep sea fishing opportunities in New Smyrna Beach and Ponce Inlet - head boat, charter or fish from the beach, jetty or pier.. There are numerous nearby golf courses open to the public.
The complex borders a 5+ mile long bike/hiking trail that winds along wooded and open areas and through a tropically wooded forest. The trail is a minutes walk from the condo. The tropical forest area of the trail leads to beautiful Green Springs. Green Springs is a aquifer fed 75' deep spring in a breath taking tropical setting. The trail also leads to parklike restrooms and a covered picnic/grill area.
The complex is midway between the beach and Orlando and the theme parks, 30 minutes in either direction. Historic St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral are just a little over an hour away. Daytona Beach and the Daytona International Speedway can be reached in 30 minutes.
The complex includes a resort type swimming pool with men's and lady's rooms. The pool is heated in the winter.
Please be aware the Condo Association does not allow pets or motorcycles or motor scooters on the property. The ban on motorcycles and scooters includes having them on a trailer.

The amenities were wonderful. We were able to cook, do laundry, have separate bedrooms, a living / dining room, lovely porch with a great view of the trees and wildlife native to the area. The walking path and nearby spring and playground as well as the pool on the property added to a very positive experience. The drive to Discovery Cove and Seaworld was not that long, and after a long day at the attractions it was like coming home.
Thanks for the review. During July and August 2012 after this guest's review, we did a major remodel of the condo. Our remodel included new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, new vanities in both bathrooms, new wall to wall carpeting in the living room and both bedrooms, new comforter sets in the bedrooms and the condo was painted throughout. We have also added some new items in the kitchen including a new blender and some new cookware. The posted photos don't yet reflect these changes.

value for all the space and amenities offered. We had all the comforts of home with privacy and clean quarters. We would definitely stay here again.
I just want to say THANKS for offering such neat condo to us when we were in Deltona. I'd love to let you know that we all had a very good time in Deltona. Your condo is very convenient, very quiet, very clean and had every thing we needed. The condo had the feeling of "home." Thank you very much for providing the computer and printer to us for the internet. You were a great help, thank you very much!
