The outdoor space doesn't end here; above, a 2nd floor deck area with dining table, seating, and a gas grill make for the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy meals, and chat with friends. In the morning, take a 2 minute stroll to the town overlook, where you can soak up amazing views of Bayview Beach, and Cape Cod Bay. Just a bit further down the road is the entrance to Bayview Beach, and a larger parking area at Mayflower beach is just minutes away. Both of these beaches offer pristine white sand. Inside the home, you'll enjoy a recently updated interior that feels fresh, and is well appointed with new modern furnishings and decor. On the first floor, a living area with a TV and sofa lead into an expansive kitchen and dining area, filled with light, and with a full dining area, plus eat-in seating. Just off the kitchen is a gorgeous sunroom, which is attached to the deck, and provides the ideal indoor/outdoor living experience. The sunroom has a large table for meals, as well as a large comfortable sofa for the ultimate relaxation; take a nap and let the ceiling fan cool you down as you dream about the beach. The first floor also offers a master bedroom, with a king sized bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and a flatscreen TV. This room is very private, and has a long entry hallway. The beginning of the hallway contains a half bathroom, and directly across is the “kids room” which has a twin bunk bed. Please note that this bunk bed is for small children only, and has a weight limit of 100 to 150 pounds for the top or bottom beds. Upstairs, two more bedrooms, and another full bathroom provide space for more guests or family; one room has a queen bed, the other has 4 twin single beds. The basement provides a great rainy-day or night time space for the kids, and adults, with foosball, video games, a TV, and seating. Once you're settled in, if you're looking for a bite to eat, swing by, or talk a walk over to Chapin's for a nice seafood dinner, just over a mile away. 1 mile in the other direction is Cape Cod Creamery, so if dessert is on the menu, that will be the next stop. The Dennis Village area offers many shops and restaurants just over a mile from the home. If you're feeling adventurous, head towards the Bass River area to rent some kayaks and take a cruise along the river; a great way to enjoy the beautiful weather and see some sights from a new vantage.
