There are many custom finishing touches in SANDY ASSETS. The open and integrated kitchen/living room/dining room floor plan makes SANDY ASSETS a perfect set-up for two families with kids. “Wonderful Stay!!!”

Jay & Betty, we had another awesome trip to Destin staying in your Sandy Assets property. The home had everything we needed. The 2 master king suites worked perfect for our family. We loved that this was a brand new vacation rental! Appreciated all the new smart tv's, new beds, new furniture...perfect. We used the beach wagons and even cooked out on the grill. The back n'hood pool was just a few houses away and it was heated! It was was very convenient. The beach pavilion with restrooms is the reason we come back to Emerald Shores. It's a short 5 minute walk and the weather was incredible. We will definitely stay at one of your properties again!
